What is SRMJEEM Application Form 2027?

SRMJEEM is SRMIST’s own online entrance exam for MBA admission. It is conducted in three phases each cycle — you can appear in any one phase or across multiple phases, and SRMIST considers your best score for shortlisting. The 2027 cycle will cover admissions to full-time MBA programmes at SRM’s Kattankulathur (main campus), Ramapuram, Vadapalani, and Tiruchirappalli campuses.

Students who hold a valid score in CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, NMAT, CMAT, or TANCET can apply directly for SRM MBA 2027 without taking SRMJEEM — a minimum CAT percentile of 50 (or equivalent in other accepted exams) qualifies for this direct-score route. Both SRMJEEM applicants and direct-score applicants must submit the same application form and pay the ₹1,200 fee to initiate the process.

The SRMJEEM exam is conducted entirely in online remote proctored mode — you take it from your home or any internet-enabled location. There are no physical test centres, and slot booking is done through the official portal after registration.

SRMJEEM Registration Trends — Last 5 Years

SRMIST does not publicly release year-wise registration and attendance figures for SRMJEEM. The three-phase format — which gives students flexibility to apply across February, April, and June windows — is itself a signal of steady and growing demand for SRM’s MBA programme. The acceptance of external scores (CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, NMAT, CMAT, TANCET) alongside SRMJEEM further broadens the applicant base each year. SRMJEEM 2027 Eligibility Criteria (Before You Apply)

Verify your eligibility before starting the SRMJEEM 2027 application. Applications from ineligible students are rejected and the fee is not refunded.

Students applying via the alternate-score route must enter their exam roll number and percentile / score in the application form and upload a copy of their official score card. How to Fill SRMJEEM Application Form 2027

The SRMJEEM 2027 application process will be entirely online at applications.srmist.edu.in/mba. No offline or postal application route will be available. Follow these two phases carefully once registration opens.

Phase 1: New Registration

1. Visit applications.srmist.edu.in/mba and click "New Registration" or "Register Now".
2. Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID exactly as they appear on your graduation certificate or Class 10 marksheet.
3. Verify your mobile number using the OTP sent via SMS, and verify your email using the link sent to your inbox.
4. Set a strong password and note your Application ID immediately — you will need it for all future logins, admit card download, result, and GD-PI scheduling.
5. Log out and log back in to confirm your credentials work before proceeding to fill the full form.

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Log in at applications.srmist.edu.in/mba using your Application ID and password.
2. Fill in personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, category, nationality, and correspondence address.
3. Fill in academic details: graduation degree (institution, university, year of passing, marks / CGPA). Final-year students should enter the expected date of result declaration.
4. Select the phase you wish to appear for (Phase 1, 2, or 3) and choose your preferred campus (Kattankulathur / Ramapuram / Vadapalani / Tiruchirappalli).
5. If applying via alternate exam score (CAT / XAT / MAT / GMAT / NMAT / CMAT / TANCET), enter your score / percentile and exam roll number in the relevant field.
6. Upload your passport-size photograph, signature, and all required supporting documents in the specified format and size.
7. Review every field carefully before proceeding — cross-check your name, date of birth, category, selected phase, and campus preference.
8. Pay the application fee of ₹1,200 via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. No modifications are possible once payment is confirmed.
9. Download and save your confirmation page / acknowledgement receipt immediately after payment. Keep a printout — it is required at every subsequent stage.

Note: Submit only one application per phase. Multiple submissions from the same student within the same phase will be rejected and the fee will not be refunded.

Documents Required for SRMJEEM Application Form 2027

Keep these documents ready in digital format before you start filling the SRMJEEM 2027 form. Uploading unclear or incorrectly sized files will delay processing and may result in form rejection.

Note: Upload a recent passport-size photograph taken within the last 6 months, with a white background and 80% of your face clearly visible. Do not upload edited, filtered, or studio-retouched photographs — these are rejected during form scrutiny.

SRMJEEM Application Fee 2027

The SRMJEEM 2027 application fee is expected to remain at ₹1,200 per phase, consistent with the 2025 and 2026 fee structure. SRMIST does not offer any category-based concession in the SRMJEEM application fee — the fee is the same for all students regardless of category.

Payment is accepted via: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI. No offline payment method (cheque, demand draft, or cash) is accepted. You will receive a payment confirmation email and an acknowledgement receipt on the portal after a successful transaction.

If you apply for more than one phase, you pay ₹1,200 separately for each phase. There is no bundled or multi-phase discount.

Note: The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances — including if your application is rejected, you do not appear for the exam, or you choose to withdraw your candidature.

Note: If your payment fails, do not pay again immediately — wait 48–72 hours for the amount to be automatically refunded to your source account before attempting a fresh payment.

SRMJEEM Application Form Correction 2027

SRMIST provides a correction facility for SRMJEEM before payment is confirmed. Once fee payment is successfully processed, no modifications are accepted at any stage — not even for minor errors. Review your form thoroughly before clicking the payment button.

What Cannot Be Changed (Locked After Verification / Payment)

• Registered mobile number — locked after OTP verification at registration
• Registered email ID — used as the primary login and communication credential
• Campus preference — locked once fee payment is confirmed
• Phase selection — cannot be switched from one phase to another after payment
• Any field after fee payment — the form is frozen once payment is successfully processed

How to Access the Correction Facility

1. Log in at applications.srmist.edu.in/mba using your Application ID and password.
2. Click "Edit Application" or "Application Form Correction" from the dashboard.
3. Make the required changes and review all fields carefully before saving.
4. Submit the corrected form and download the revised confirmation page.
5. Do not make payment until you have verified every detail one final time.
