COMEDK has extended the BArch counselling 2026 registration and document upload deadline to 9 AM on July 2, 2026. Candidates with a valid NATA 2025/2026 or JEE Main Paper 2 score can apply at comedk.org with a Rs 2000 fee.
The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has extended the Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) Counselling 2026 registration and document upload deadline. Candidates can now complete the process on the official COMEDK website at comedk.org until 9 AM on July 2, 2026.
The official notice reads: "ARCHITECTURE COUNSELLING REGISTRATION & DOCUMENT UPLOAD LAST DATE NOW EXTENDED TO 2nd JULY, 9 AM". The window had originally opened at 3 PM on June 22, 2026. The extension gives BArch aspirants extra days to upload pending documents and pay the counselling fee.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?
Candidates must hold a valid score in NATA 2025, NATA 2026, or JEE Main 2026 Paper 2. They must also meet the academic norms set by the Council of Architecture for the five-year BArch programme.
Applicants below 17 years of age as of December 31, 2026 must submit a special declaration. OCI and PIO candidates need to file additional declarations during registration.
Seat Categories Offered Under COMEDK BArch 2026
COMEDK offers two seat types in the BArch counselling. Aspirants must select the correct category while filling the registration form to avoid rejection.
General Merit: Open to all eligible candidates across India.
Kalyana Karnataka Region (KKR): Reserved for candidates from the KKR districts of Karnataka, with regional and domicile certificates from revenue authorities.

The registration is a single-window online process. Candidates should keep scanned documents ready before starting the form to avoid last-minute issues.

- Fill in personal, academic, and entrance exam score details.
- Upload the required documents in the prescribed format.
- Pay the Rs 2000 counselling fee through online modes.

Documents Required for Upload
Only scanned copies in JPG, JPEG, or PDF format are accepted. Mobile phone photographs will be rejected by the system.

- Birth certificate or Class 10 marks card
- Class 12 marks card
- NATA 2025 or 2026, or JEE Main Paper 2 scorecard
- KKR regional and domicile certificates, if applicable
Each file must be under 1 MB in size. The Class 12 marks card may go up to 4 MB.
COMEDK is the only single-window counselling for private BArch seats in Karnataka. Missing the July 2 deadline means losing access to member architecture colleges for the full 2026-27 session.
