University of Delhi has released the NCWEB third cutoff 2026 for BA Programme and B.Com on August 10. Eligible women candidates from Delhi NCT can apply for admission through the official portal at admission.uod.ac.in.
The University of Delhi (DU) has released the Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (NCWEB) third cutoff 2026 on August 10, 2026. The list has been issued for the Bachelor of Arts (BA) Programme and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) on the official admission portal at admission.uod.ac.in. Eligible women candidates can now apply against the third list.
NCWEB is a dedicated board of the University of Delhi. It offers weekend classes for women residents of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi. Admissions are merit-based on Class 12 marks, unlike the CUET-based regular UG intake.
The third cutoff has been released across NCWEB teaching centres attached to DU colleges. Candidates must meet the specified cutoff percentage in the relevant subject combination. Only women applicants who registered during the common admission window are eligible to apply.

The University has planned a phased cutoff calendar for NCWEB. Additional rounds will follow only if vacant seats remain after the third list.

Who Is Eligible to Apply Under the Third Cutoff?
Only women candidates who are permanent residents of the NCT of Delhi can seek NCWEB admission. Applicants must have registered on the common admission portal during the open window. They must also meet the third cutoff for the chosen course at the chosen centre.
Candidates who took admission in an earlier cutoff round cannot upgrade through this list. Fresh applicants who missed earlier rounds may apply if they now meet the revised cutoff. The Class 12 aggregate is computed using the subject-combination rules published by NCWEB.

NCWEB is the only DU board that offers weekend-only classes for women. It allows Delhi women to earn a DU degree without leaving jobs or family duties. Classes are held at partnered DU colleges on Saturdays and Sundays.
