The Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC) has opened the Round 3 online registration for Gujarat NEET Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) 2026 counselling. Eligible candidates can register on the official portal of ACPPGMEC at medadmgujarat.org. The advertisement for the 3rd round was issued on September 30, 2026.
ACPPGMEC is constituted by the Government of Gujarat under Section 4 of the Gujarat Professional Medical Education Institutions Regulation Act, 2007. The committee conducts admission to 100 per cent of MDS seats in participating dental colleges across the state. The entire process is carried out on a merit basis through online mode.

Who Is Eligible for Gujarat NEET MDS 2026 Round 3?
Only candidates who scored at or above the NEET MDS 2026 qualifying percentile can take part. The cut-off scores set by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences for MDS 2026 are listed below.

How to Register for Gujarat NEET MDS 2026 Round 3?
Candidates can complete Round 3 registration through the ACPPGMEC login portal. The main steps are listed below.
- Visit the official ACPPGMEC website at medadmgujarat.org.
- Open the MDS Round 3 registration link under the active notifications section.
- Log in using the existing credentials or complete fresh registration as applicable.
- Fill the required details and upload the scanned documents in a legible format.
- Pay the prescribed registration fee through the designated Axis Bank branches only.
- Submit the application and download the confirmation page for future reference.
Scanned supporting documents must be emailed to the ACPPGMEC help desk at medadmgujarat2018@gmail.com, as listed on the official site. Payments made at non-designated bank branches will not be recognised for admission confirmation.
What Happens After Registration?
Once registration closes, ACPPGMEC publishes the final seat matrix for Round 3. Candidates then fill and lock their choices of college and course on the portal. Seat allotment is released based on NEET MDS merit, category and the choices locked.
Allotted candidates must report to the designated college within the deadline set in the allotment letter. Failure to join within the window will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat. Vacant NRI seats convert to Management quota, vacant Management seats convert to Government quota, and reserved category vacancies cascade to the General category.
Round 3 is usually the last merit-based online round before the stray vacancy stage. It is the final clear window for candidates to upgrade or secure an MDS seat in Gujarat for 2026.
