IIM Udaipur EMBA Admission 2027 Schedule Released; Check Cycle 1 Last Date to Apply

The Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIM Udaipur) has released the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) Admission 2027 schedule on its official admissions portal at emba.iimu.ac.in. The institute has opened four application cycles for the incoming batch. Cycle 1 closes on December 15, 2026, and the programme begins on May 22, 2027.

Working professionals may apply through any of the four cycles. The final admission cut-off date is May 7, 2027. No admission will be granted after this date. The non-refundable application fee is Rs 1,000.

IIM Udaipur EMBA 2027 Application Cycles

The admissions calendar is divided into four distinct windows. Applicants may choose the cycle that suits their preparation timeline.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. The minimum aggregate is 50 percent, while 45 percent is required for SC, ST, and PwD candidates. The degree must follow at least 10+2 years of school education.

Candidates need a minimum of 36 months of full-time paid work experience. The experience will be counted after graduation and up to May 20, 2027. Sponsored candidates from organisations may also apply.

Accepted Entrance Exam Scores

Every applicant must submit one valid entrance examination score. IIM Udaipur accepts the following tests:

• Valid GMAT or GMAT Focus score
• GRE score not older than five years
• CAT score from 2022 or later
• IIMU Test score conducted by the institute

What Is the IIMU Test Format?

The IIMU Test is intended for candidates who do not have a valid GMAT, GRE, or CAT score. It is conducted online and can be attempted from any location. The examination lasts 120 minutes and contains 120 multiple-choice questions.

The test covers three broad sections: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Ability with Data Interpretation. The test fee is Rs 1,000 and is non-refundable. Test sessions are generally conducted on weekends after the application is submitted.

How Will Candidates Be Selected?

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an online personal interview. Final selection will consider the candidate’s academic record, work experience, entrance examination score, and interview performance.

Reservation will be provided according to Government of India norms for the EWS, NC-OBC, SC, ST, and PwD categories.
