The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations Kerala has released the NEET UG Round 3 final seat allotment list for 2026 MBBS and BDS admissions. Allotted candidates must join their colleges by 4 PM on October 14, 2026 at cee.kerala.gov.in.
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has released the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) Round 3 final seat allotment list for the 2026 session. The allotment covers Medical and Dental (MBBS and BDS) admissions in state quota seats. Candidates can access the final list on the official portal at cee.kerala.gov.in.
The final allotment follows the provisional list issued earlier this week. Grievances raised by candidates against the provisional list were considered before publishing the final list. The reporting window at allotted colleges is now open across Kerala.
Allotted candidates must join their respective colleges by 4 PM on October 14, 2026. Those who fail to report within the deadline will forfeit the allotted seat. The vacated seats will move to the stray vacancy pool.

Documents Required at the Time of College Reporting
Candidates must carry originals and self-attested copies of all key documents. The allotted college will verify these before confirming admission.
- Round 3 allotment letter issued by CEE Kerala.
- NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard.
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and pass certificates.
- Date of birth proof document.
- Transfer certificate from the last institution attended.
- Nativity certificate for Kerala domicile claim.
- Category or community certificate where applicable.
- Income certificate for fee concession claims.
- Four recent passport-size photographs.
- Valid photo identity proof such as Aadhaar.

What Happens if a Candidate Skips Joining?
Any candidate who does not report to the allotted college within the deadline will lose the seat. The allotment stands cancelled automatically. Such seats are then released for stray vacancy filling.
Candidates who join Round 3 can still opt for an upgrade in later rounds. The upgrade is subject to CEE Kerala rules notified for subsequent counselling phases.

How to Download the Kerala NEET UG Round 3 Allotment Letter?
- Visit the official website at cee.kerala.gov.in.
- Click on the KEAM 2026 Candidate Portal link on the homepage.
- Log in using your application number and password.
- Open the Allotment List tab inside the portal.
- Select Third Phase Allotment under the Medical (MBBS/BDS) section.
- Download and take a printout of the allotment letter.
Round 3 is the final regular allotment phase under Kerala state counselling. Missing the October 14 reporting window closes most state-quota MBBS and BDS options for this cycle.
Action Plan for Candidates
- Log in to the KEAM candidate portal and download the Round 3 allotment letter.
- Verify the allotted college, course, and category printed on the letter.
- Arrange all original certificates and self-attested photocopies in advance.
- Keep the admission fee ready in the mode accepted by your allotted college.
- Report in person at the allotted college well before 4 PM on October 14, 2026.
CEE Kerala is expected to notify stray vacancy round details on cee.kerala.gov.in after the October 14 reporting window closes.
