Key Highlights of the Refund Process
Eligibility for Refund:
- Candidates who joined their allotted seats.
- Candidates who were not allotted any seats during any phase of counselling.
Ineligibility for Refund:
- Candidates who did not join their allotted course in the stray or subsequent rounds.
- Candidates who discontinued their course beyond the stipulated date in Round II or later rounds. These candidates will also forfeit their tuition fees.
Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within two months of the completion of the counselling process.
Representation for Missing Names
If a candidate’s name is not included in the provisional refund list, they must email their representation to ddugselcom@gmail.com. The email should include the following details:
- Name of the candidate
- AR Number
- Copy of the payment receipt
Deadline: All representations must be submitted on or before January 31, 2025.
