KNRUHS has opened registration for Telangana NEET PG 2026-27 admissions under the Competent Authority Quota. Eligible candidates can apply at tspgmed.tsche.in from 4 PM on October 15 till 4 PM on October 23, 2026.
Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has released the Telangana NEET PG 2026 counselling notification. Online registration is live at tspgmed.tsche.in. The admissions are under the Competent Authority Quota for 2026-27. The process is coordinated with the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).
Only National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2026 qualified candidates can apply. The seats cover PG medical degree and diploma courses. Candidates must upload original certificates during the online application. Incomplete applications will be rejected during verification.

How Is the Registration Fee Paid?
The fee must be paid online through the KNRUHS portal. Candidates can use net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI. Category-wise exact amounts are listed in the official prospectus. The fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted.

What Happens After Registration?
KNRUHS will release the state merit position list after the window closes. Web-based counselling will then begin in phases. Choice filling and seat allotment will follow. Candidates must track the KNRUHS portal for each round.

How to Register for Telangana NEET PG 2026 Counselling?
Visit tspgmed.tsche.in and open the PG registration link.
- Register using a valid mobile number and email ID.
- Fill the online application with academic and personal details.
- Upload scanned copies of all mandatory certificates.
- Pay the registration and processing fee online.
- Submit the form and download the acknowledgement.
The Competent Authority Quota covers seats in government medical colleges. It also includes Category A seats in private non-minority and minority colleges. These seats are allotted strictly on NEET PG merit.
