WB JENPAS UG 2026 Round 3 Counselling Begins; Check Last Date for Choice Filling

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has opened Round 3 registration and choice filling at the official portal wbjeeb.nic.in. This is for the JENPAS UG 2026 counselling process. JENPAS UG stands for Joint Entrance for Paramedical and Allied Sciences Undergraduate.

The window covers only two days for eligible candidates. Round 3 opens seats in nursing and paramedical undergraduate courses. WBJEEB will publish the seat allotment result later this week.

Counselling Registration Fee

WBJEEB charges a non-refundable counselling fee of Rs 500 per candidate. Candidates must pay this fee online through the JENPAS UG portal. Accepted payment modes include net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.

Who Can Participate in Round 3?

Round 3 is open to eligible JENPAS UG 2026 qualified candidates. This includes candidates who did not get a seat in earlier rounds. Fresh registrants who missed Rounds 1 and 2 can also apply now.

Candidates who accepted a seat in a previous round can also participate. They may upgrade to a better college or course through Round 3. WBJEEB will assign new seats based on merit and preference.

How to Register and Fill Choices for Round 3?

Candidates can complete Round 3 registration in a few simple steps.

1. Visit the official portal at wbjeeb.nic.in and open the JENPAS UG link.
2. Log in using the JENPAS UG 2026 application number and password.
3. Click on the Round 3 registration link on the dashboard.
4. Pay the counselling fee online through UPI or a card.
5. Select and reorder your preferred colleges and courses in choice filling.
6. Lock the choices before the deadline passes.

Seat Acceptance and Reporting Process

Candidates allotted a seat in Round 3 must accept it online first. This is done through the seat acceptance fee payment on the portal. Candidates must then download the provisional allotment letter.

Physical reporting at the allotted college follows the acceptance step. Verification of original documents happens at the college during reporting. Failure to report on time cancels the allotted seat.

Documents Needed for Reporting

Allotted candidates must carry all original documents to the college.

• JENPAS UG 2026 admit card and rank card
• Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and certificates
• Age proof such as birth certificate or Aadhaar card
• Domicile certificate for West Bengal candidates
• Category certificate for SC, ST, or OBC candidates
• Provisional seat allotment letter downloaded from the portal
• Passport size photographs matching the application form image
