Love the college.

Our college has a very good environment among all the departments. It has a very well-maintained and beautifully organized campus. Students will love to have an evening walk with their friends on the campus premises and surroundings. There are very good faculty, well-maintained department buildings, labs, sports arena, etc. People will love getting into this college.

The course provides us the knowledge of both theoretical and practical with a very positive attitude of moving ahead in our day-to-day life activities. Exams are conducted regularly every semester. Projects and assignments are a source of heavy practical as well as theoretical knowledge. There are two types of exams held per semester, mid-sem and end-sem, followed by practical and sessional exams before the end-sem.

Placements provided by our college fluctuate every year, with almost 97% placements carried out every year. Teachers/Mentors become a part of placements where they try hard to get their mentees placed in a good company with a good package. Internships are also provided by our colleagues from different sources. Stipends depend upon the type of internship being done, approximately varying from Rs.2k per month and so on. Courses from different fields, like design, language, etc., are also provided regularly.

Many events are being organized and celebrated every year in our college. There are entertainment programs like singing, dancing, and lots more; there are dedicated programs for different personalities, like Rafi and Kishore; there happen social works conducted by a GO named NSS, there happen fests, film festivals, short programs, educational events, and lots more.

The fee structure in our college is somewhat expensive in terms of other colleges but comparatively okay to other private colleges. Fees for our course are Rs.1.5 lakhs per semester, hostel and mess charges extra (depending on the hostel type, i.e., A.C./Non-A.C., 3/2/1 bedded). It is quite feasible for most of the students (mostly their families) to afford to study in this college. Parents get the scope and hope for their children to get a good job shortly.

If a student ranks within 1000 in the entrance exam KIITEE, they are eligible to get a scholarship of Rs.20k-Rs.25k as a concession from the semester fees. Student loan facilities can also be availed from the college through different banks.

Extracurricular activities include social works like plantation, visiting orphanages to teach children and play and have entertainment with them, helping the needy (especially poor), helping and caring for the street animals and birds, which are usually conducted by NSS and other related organizations. There are sports like volleyball, basketball, table tennis, lawn tennis, badminton, squash, swimming pool and lots more. There are many indoor games present too, e.g. chess. Labs are highly maintained for different instruments and experiments; machines are expensive and imported. All these things encourage students to have an involvement on an all-time basis.

The hostel infrastructure is nice and all facilities like food in the mess ( ground floor), water coolers, free wifi, clean and maintained bathrooms, cupboards in the room, long corridors, TV in some hostels (only for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year students).

Senior students and the alumni of the college share their views and opinions about what to be done and what not be in the campusing and all so that we the juniors get to know about how everything works. They help us know many new things which they have experienced and we are about to. We are glad to have such a good environment among all the seniors, juniors, faculty, and everyone.

I got admission to this college by taking the entrance exam first and then I was selected for counseling to take admission here, followed by providing all the necessary details which they wanted by filling up specific forms.

All the faculty of our college are very frank, caring, helping, interactive, and highly knowledgeable with a positive mentality over the practical environment. They feel happy to serve the students with their utmost knowledge and also try to make students understand at their best.
