Students are eligible for it for placements from the end of the 6th semester. Numerous companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Delloite, VM Ware, Adobe, etc. visits KIIT every year. The highest package in 2020 was 30 LPA by Amazon. the average package was 4.2 lacs. KIIT offers 100% placements to its students. I have plans to sit for placements after completing my degree in KIIT.
As I knew some of the seniors from my locality, who had passed out from this college with good results and placements. Also, due to the decent rank, I was getting my favourable subject here, i.e., CSE, which made me feel that this college would be the best choice. The exam was conducted online on 28th July 2020. The results were declared within 2 days. Following which were the counselling and the admission process.
Companies like Infosys, Microsoft and many good companies visit KIIT every year and the highest package offered here increases every year and this year it was around 33lacs and it keeps increasing every year.
KIIT is ranked 1 among the private colleges of India this year, it has a great infrastructure, faculties here are highly qualified and experienced. They are were humble and student-friendly even the KIIT administration is too helpful. It isn't only good for academic but also KIIT provides opportunities in various fields like sports, dance, photography, etc. Many big and nice companies visit KIIT every year for campus placement.
4200 job offers were made to 3750 BTech students. Approximately 750 students got placed in top-notch companies. 1720 students were placed on Day Zero of placement. Highest CTC offered was Rs 39 lakh by Adobe Systems. Average CTC offered was Rs 6 Lakh. 18 companies offered a CTC of Rs 10 Lakh and 60 companies offered a CTC of Rs 5 Lakh and more. Top recruiter was Accenture with 654 job offers, followed by Wipro and Cognizant.
KIIT is one of the biggest private university. It has a good infrastructure. The professor is always available for the help of the student through message or call. I prefer this university because of getting a CSE branch. The environment of study is good there is no any type of ragging is done by seniors. Seniors always help us. Activities like dancing, singing, gaming, photography etc are done virtually during corona time.
Placement is good, not hr best but are good. It is always said if you have more than 8 CGPA you are good to go. The HR team is good and the placements and the company visited are nice. If you have a good CGPA you will be able to sit in max. No. of interview.
It's a good college if you don't have issue of money as it is expensive but worth it also the facilities are good teacher are good internships are good offered and as heard from the senior if you have more than 8 cgpa then you are eligible to sit in most of the interview including mncs so maintaining the cgpa is important many societies are their which function nicely if you are interested in extra curricular they will help a lot. The campus is beautiful and maintained and the environment is friendly seniors are nice and people are interactive enough. Hostels are nice also. The only aspect which you should thing is the fees as it is high as compared to other institutions other than that it is a good college in my view. The average package is around 6.5 or 7 which is good placements are good and the management is also cooperative.
From the third semester, almost the student is capable of campus placement. Amazon, Infosys, High radius, Intel, Byjus etc. Highest package 20-30 lakhs. Lowest package of 3-4 lakhs.
It has well infrastructure and placement is 90%. I was needing the Computer Science branch so I preferred KIIT. The college will allow the seats according to ur ranks on KIITEE. I love this as it is in my own state.
The placements are one of the things an aspirant looks for before entering a college. KIIT provides decent placements. They show 100% placements, which is true. In 2019, the highest package offered was 39 LPA, whereas, in 2020, it was 30 LPA. Usually, the average package is 6 LPA, but the median package is more than 7 LPA. We need to see that the number of students is very high. The average package is 6 LPA. So, college is good at placements.
Kiit is known for its campus placement and it's a beautiful campus. Kiit has one of the largest campuses in India. It is known for its 100% placement and it is true. You just need to be a bit sincere to get placed in a reputed company. Application is done through the KIITEE entrance exam and the registration starts around November and goes on till march April.
From the final year that is 4th year the campus placement starts. Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys and Capgemini were among tech companies and business companies including startups such as unschool, climber and planet spark.
Good thing is that KIIT has a huge campus extension and a very kind livelihood as well. The decorum is well maintained there and the campus infrastructure is just mesmerizing. And the bad thing is that when you are in the first year and a female student you ought to suffer a bit in hostel timings and also in your attire which is all total a traditional and outdated one, salwar suit with dupatta and you have to wear it for 1st year. And you will not be allowed to step outside as well for buying any basic necessities. There will be a person, a male member popularly known as "bhaina" who will buy you everything written on paper in the hostel itself. And you will not be allowed to go outside. College timings are from 8 to 6. The entry time from college to the hostel is at sharp at 6 pm. The admission process is through kiit entrance exam "KIITEEE" and you will necessary updates through your reg mail id.
From the 7th-semester students become eligible for campus placement. many companies visit the campus such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BYJUs, Extramarks, Amazon, Deloitte, ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel, etc. The highest package is 40lacs CTC, the average is 3.5lacs CTC. Almost every student gets placed. My plan is to do a job in an MNC after doing the degree.
A well-renowned college in India as well as abroad. A very young university with a very good NIRF ranking. It has excellent infrastructure. well furnished laboratories. The best part is all the students are provided with an excellent laptop. Laptop features are all top of the line, highlighting few features such as the touchscreen, 360 degrees foldable, stylus, windows 10, dedicated graphics card, etc. All the professors are very friendly. Another important thing that I liked the most is irrespective of any branch you study, you are always welcome to learn any programming language and execute some project related to it.
After the 7th semester, students sits for placements. Companies like Deloitte, Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, and many other companies visit Kiit. Min. Package 4lacs and 80% of students get a package above 10lacs.p.a. My plan after btech is to study MTech.
KIIT is good in terms of placement and co-curricular activities. They take good care of their residential students. KIIT gives big opportunities to each and every one. Campus life is also very good. No type of raging is there in this university. Kiit is a very disciplined student-friendly University. And it is the most beautiful greenery campus I have ever seen in my life. There is nothing bad aspect of KIIT. But some times the excessively hot weather of the city makes everyone feel dull but glad that the whole campus is air-conditioned. Now about the admission process, the admission forms are available on the official site. After the submission of the form, a mail will be received which would notify about the date of the entrance exam. Then, rank wise they will conduct counseling (where students can choose their own branch). Kiit is highly preferred because of placements. It is a deemed college.
As per my 1 year of experience at the college, I can tell that many reputed companies visit our university for recruiting BBA graduates. But the pay scale they offer is not up to the mark. An average of 6-7 LPA is offered to an able graduate from commerce and management field.
KIIT University provides excellent education along with all-round development of an individual. Apart from the regular studies, it gives great importance to Industry-related activities. We get to interact with legend Industrialists very often. The only thing I don't like about college is that it doesn't offer lucrative placement offers. The admission process starts after the declaration of 12th class results by major educational bodies. We are supposed to apply online before the due date and appear for the online entrance exam. Our marks in 12th along with marks in entrance exam decides the rank in the university. Its application is free so it receives so many applications. One can find solutions regarding their college admission process on the website of the university as well as various groups on Facebook.
