Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Trimester Exam structure is followed at MIT. Quite Strict curriculum. Attendance is mandatory till the level of say 90%. Timmings are strict. i.e 8.15- 5.40. College is conducted mostly 6 days a week. Only Saturday is a bit relaxed.

Placement Experience

3

Yes.college does provide internship. Also placement. Overall record is poor in terms of placement after MIT Turned private university. They do provide the students with good companies. But students lack the required skill sets which college fails to teach in overall Degree lifetime.

College Events

4

Various Events are conducted in college. Eg Cultural meets, Various Summits, Sports meet. Also college covers various Activities in the campus like social welfare, clubs, Various Days are celebrated too.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is quite Expensive. It's 7Lack of 2 years which most of the middle class homes might find tough to arrange. For the education provided at MIT, 7L is a bit too much. But it being a private university, they decide the structure.

Fees and Financial Aid

They do provide scholarships on the basis of Entrance score such that above a certain %ile in the entrances, you shall get scholarship. They provide slabs of scholarship starting from 25% untill 75%.

Campus Life

4

They do have various sports meets along with clubs being held at inter college level or even inter class level at MIT. They promote Sports and culture both. They conduct various activities like Moot courts, Clubs, meets, etc.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumnis are very much helpfull. Seniors and super seniors do visit the campus from time to time to deliver necessary tips and technique and requirements of the industry in the market at the time to help us be updated.

Admission

Pass CET With a minimum of 50 %ile and Crack GDPI Process of college. Merit list is issued. If you stand in the merit, you're given admission in the college. You're Entrance score may also get you scolarships.

Faculty

3.5

Faculties are good. Quite informative. They have quite good knowledge of their subjects and seem to be well versed with teaching primararily. They hold quality informal talks along with the subjects. Only negetive point is. they sometimes lack Interest in students.

Placement Experience:

The placements depend upon which Specialization you're in. If you're a marketing student there will be lots of good companies coming in for placements followed by finance and then HR. You become eligible for placement from 3rd semester. Companies such as Deloitte, PWC, TCS, HCL, etc. visit the campus for placements and offer a good amount of Packages.

College management is not that good, which I felt is need to be improved. making everything student centric makes it difficult for students as well as college to be organised.

We learned a lot from the curriculum and the college itself. My journey was a mixed bag of feelings with many sweet and sour moments. The classroom sessions were fun and so were the field visits and management activities like webinars or mock marketing competitions.

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.

The university gives you a great exposure to shape up your life for a great future. There's absolutely no racism and everyone is treated equally. This is the only institute in pune where girls and boys are found in almost equal numbers. In fact girls are encouraged to become entrepreneurs.
