Remarks

According to me, the college is doing very good in nurturing and giving a good life to the students. The infrastructure is very good. The campus has a great environment. It is good for the good students. Students from our college have also got award from President. All remarks are positive according to me.

Course Curriculum Overview

There are several of courses in my college. This college comes under SKSgi group of colleges so there are B.Tech, M.Tech, BBA, MBA, B.Pharma, M.Pharma. The curriculum of each courses are based on giving the students the proper knowledge that they want. There are different subjects for different courses in each semesters. The exam structure is very proper. There are 8 continuous assessments, 2 internal exams and 2 semester exams in each year.

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunities are very good. Number of companies visits our college during the placement time. And they do offer a good salary. 70%-80% students get the job from my college. Students from CSE and IT department of my college holds the record of 100% placement in a single year. And discuss about the internships, my college refers students to the companies for internship. The average stipend is ?5000/month.

College Events

There are number of events which are celebrated in my college. There are tech fest, DJ nights, inter college sports tournament, cultural events. NSS is also connected with our college. Code vision and Robonix are one of the most important events of our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yes it is feasible. Including college fees, accomodation and fooding, nearly 6 lakh rupees will be required. And it is much lower than number of colleges. No extra fees is taken after the semester fees is submitted.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship facilities are for the students who are residential of West Bengal and there family annual income is less than 1 lakh or something. 100% scholarship in college fees is provided to them. And loans also get approval for this college. Even I am studying through education loan.

Campus Life

They are perfect. The college runs for 5 days in a week in which we have to attend lab for 4 days. There are well furnished labs with all latest equipments. We get to know that how the equipments work whil doing the labs. NSS conducts the sports event in my college. There are several number of sports to participate in.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel campus is very green and refreshing. There is a extra playground in hostel campus. There are different hostel for students of each year. There are guards and wardens for each hostel. Ther infrastructure is very clean and regular cleaning is also done. Hostels are 2 seater with 2 different beds, table, chair and cupboard.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is good because number of companies visits our college every year with proper packages. The seniors are very helpful. They never hesitates in helping the juniors. And there is no ragging in my college, NOT AT ALL.

Admission

To get admission it this college, first you have to appear in WBJEE entrance exam. According to the marks obtained, rank will be decided. Then you have to appear in WBJEE counseling which will be conducted online. You have to get minimum 17,000 AIR to get admission in this college.

Faculty

The faculty are highly educated. Many of them are PhD holders in there specific field. Almost all of them can communicate in smooth English. They have a good and deep knowledge of their respective subjects.

Supportive Faculty - The professors are highly qualified, approachable and always willing to help students
Free wifi support - There are free wifi support for both student and faculty
Fee Structure - It is very affordable and low compared to other colleges in the region

Dislikes

Placement support is below average, and most studnets have to apply for off campus jobs independently, which is really pathetic in the era of ai where getting a job as a fresher is so difficult
There is no dedicated support or placment cell initiative to help studnets land meaningful summer internships or any kind of internships

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements starting from the 7th semester. For placement drives, we have to visit the main campus, Techno Main Salt Lake (TMSL). Since students from other Techno India campuses and branches also participate, the competition is extremely high. In the 2025–2026 academic year, fewer companies visited. Only two companies, Dronahost and WishCare, visited our specific campus directly. The remaining drives—mostly service-based companies like TCS and EY, along with a few startups—were conducted at the main campus. The remaining drives mostly service based companies like TCS, EY etc and quite a few startups has visited to main campus. The package they offered mostly in between 3.5lpa - 6 lpa. Furthermore the selection process of those startups is quite rigorous often consisting of upto 5 rounds of interview, two technical rounds with two technical interviews, and HR round My plans after getting the degree is either pursue an MBA or preparing for govt jobs

The everyday journey

I liked the campus . Their people and faculties are too great , they are also helpfull
The other thing i liked here is the play ground where students play with full of their energy and many game events are organised ocationally
The other thing i liked is the library where everyone use to study silently with poking others

Dislikes

Bad benches , like benches are too small to be fitted in our class I
In our department ac doesn’t work properly

Nothing specific just the campus attracted me Curriculum is preparing me for the real world approach and its doing good enough the academic pursuits is good Teachers should teach in a good way so that every student should understand Frequently the timing of exam is 3 hrs but sometimes it takes 1 hrs

The faculty are well taught and the campus is very beautiful . The buildings are like newly bulid . and the campus is very clean.
In our branch the boys and girls ratio is almost 16:11.
The senior behave like a friend and they help us a lot and they also very supportive.

Dislikes

The college campus is too small compare to other colleges.
The college classes are not regularly held and the attendance system is not very good.
The classes are very boing and sometime it feels like aa school and the labs are not held timely.

Placement Experience:

our college average package is 600000 per Anum and highest package is 1800000 per Anum according to recent data. and 80% of student got placed . And wipro , windows, tcs , siemens , tata like companies come to our college for placement. Core students are also got placed but many of them goes for hihger studies.

My experience about techno

Likes

Ragging free campus. Strict action are taken against those who found guilty.
Classrooms are well equipped and are spacious.
There are many fun events that happen in the college

Dislikes

The campus area is too small. The library is not good
The societies are fully controlled by students so huge partiality goes on.
Some of the teachers are mean and are not good.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards , students become eligible for internships and stepping in 4th yr , students get eligible for campus placement. Techno provides decent campus placements according to your marks. Good marks also with skills get you better salary. Minimum 7.5 cgpa is mandatory to have you sit for campus placements. The lowest package is 3.4 LPA and highest vary but students also get 14LPA easily. Wipro, tcs ,cap ,gemini, amazon , ibm etc.

Likes

The campus is big and full of greenery with the vibrant feel of nature.
The students of the same batch are friendly and helpful.
The teacher's are friendly and helpful. They do provide helpful recommendations for the betterment of your future.

Dislikes

The seniors are overly harsh when it comes to 1st year.
The infrastructure could be worked on. The college lacks renovation.
The hostel does require everyday cleaning and renovation as well as the campus.

Placement Experience:

I don't know much about this but I guess from the sixth semester the students are eligible for campus placements. This year a student from AEIE got a package of 11.2 lacs per annum and the average is around 4 lacs per annum.

Excelent Campus-techno india university has a large campus with excelent facilities such as libraries,labs,seminar halls etc. Some students finds this facilitries useful
Funs and Events-techno india university provides a vibrant campus life with events that span a wide range of interests

Dislikes

Time Management-the one thing that I disliked was their time management.They dont provide a proper shedule for exams,routines etc
Teaching Methods-some students feels that cirtain teaching methods(like a focus on lecture without without interactive learning or industry exposure) must be improved

Elegibility for placement-Generally students become elligible for campus placement in their 7th semester or 8th semester and there might be some prerequisties such as minimum CGPA must be 6-7 with no bachlogs Internship and pre-placement offers-many companies offer internships during the 6th semester or 7th semester and successful interns may receive pre-placement offers if their performance is good. Companies that visits campus: TCS Accenture Cognizent Infosys Wipro Capgemini Deloite Byjus Tech Mahindra Placement Percentage-On average 80%-90% of students may secure jobs through campus placements.However this numbers could vary across different departments and specialization Highest and average package-The highest salary offered at Techno India University was 24 LPA and the average salary was 4-5 LPA. Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

The faculties are very good and very active. They are always ready to help
Campus is very beautiful and nice. Campus may be a little bit smaller but it is beautiful.
Environment is very good. And have a natural's beauty

Location is a thing which may difficult to find out.
Number of faculties are small quantity due to the college is newly established
Because of the college is new so therefore not huge like any NIT or IIT

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There many service based companies visited like TCS ,Cognizant, wipro, Infosys. Almost 60-70% student placed in on campus. Highest package offered by TCS 9-10lpa and Cognizant 6-7lpa wipro 6-7lpa infosys 10lpa etc. 60-70% student getting placement I will go for placement

BCET Durgapur.Good campus but bad faculty and placement opportunities.

I say this earlier. First of all my JEE rank was little bit low, so I can't get any govt college. And at that time the CSE fees in almost every private college is arround 4 lakhs. But they asked high donation. Which was not affordable by my family. So I choose this college. Also I hear all private colleges are same.we have to do everything by ourselves.
