Remarks

The college still focuses largely on traditional rote learning and remembering aspects of students which is not a good thing. It should rather focus on experiment and technical aspects in which the students are really interested and also the syllabus has not been revised for a long time.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course curriculum is very nice and organized.it is very structured and properly created for all students with combination of hard and easy subjects.it also includes practical and laboratory subjects which is very crucial.it also focuses on environment subjects and communication skills of the students.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements are really nice here.with average package of 8.5 lakhs and highest package upto 1.2 crore (off campus),the placement record is quite good.the 98%placement record of our branch is really a good thing so noone is jobless aftee graduation.yes many students from around the area do internship in our college.

College Events

4

The events celebrated in our College is actually countless.with hillffair as annual cultural festival of the year and nimbus as the technical festival of the year, the college organises many small events which provide knowledge, information and experience to the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible as it is the common fee structure of every NIT colleges across india and it is created by MHRD,Govt. Of India so it is actually feasible as compared to other private colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

As far as I know the college doesn't provide scholarship of it's own but it verifies and also process the various scholarships available for economically weaker students by State government and also Govt of India.and student also get those in time.

Campus Life

4.5

Each department has its own infrastructure building and contains every lab which the graduation requires with every apparatuses required. The sports are also good here with official college team in every famous sports and also participate in neighbouring colleges.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel infrastructure is very nice here with 11 boys hostel and 3 girls hostel, the capacity is very large and can accommodate everyone taking admission and still left with seats. The facilities are awesome with badminton court, table tennis court, commom room, LAN, free Wi-Fi in every hostels and lift in some hostels, the infrastructure is really great.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is quite good. They interact with every possible students and shate their valuable experiences which boost the learning and thinking skills of the students. They also support in finding good companies for internship and job too.

Admission

First I gave JEE mains in 2018, I got a good rank,i registered online on JoSAA which allocates the seats to students in engineering Colleges ,then online counseling of 7 rounds take place in whinch each round allocates college based upon rank.u can freeze at any round and take admission or else u can upgrade and if lucky u will get better college if seat is left.after 7 rounds i got NIT Hamirpur and took admission.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty of this college are very nice and helping.they teach really good and have a lot of experience both subject wise and professional wise.they teach in a very easy and effective way by which even weak students can learn bettee.they also share their experiences which gives confidence and boost to our learning.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at my college are average. A few reputed companies visit the campus each year, but the number of offers and salary packages varies depending on the branch and market conditions. Students who have strong academic performance, technical skills, internships, and good communication skills generally have better chances of getting placed.
