College doesn’t have any negative remarks to be given. The college it self is quite well maintained, but its geographical location is a little bit problematic as.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is a bit outdated but exam systems are good and with proper study and activity better results can be achieved. The college though doesn’t provide fundings for major group or personal projects.
Placement Experience
Placements are available but the packages are not satisfactory. Almost all of the students get placed in different companies. The packages are slowly getting better but a lot of work needs to be done.
College Events
Leaving aside the public holidays and auspicious events. The college celebrates a fest every year, comedians and noble laureates visit regularly, once in a while huge parties are also held. Events are quite enjoyable here in this college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It takes around rupees 16 lakh to study here for 4 year course of BTech. This includes all the fee from food-hospitality-tution. It is feasible for the middle-higher class families. But not so much for regular indian families.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are no loan or scholarships for students given. But special cases are observed where the student is more than qualified but isn’t rich enough to afford colleges like this, these students are taught free of cost or at a very low cost.
Campus Life
Proper high quality equipments in lab are provided with eligible instructors and good quality playing fields are also provided for activities and sports. Proper cricket and football stadiums are there. Indoor sports areas are also provided, along with small field games fields.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure is quite good with cleaners and janitors available all time. There are options though. One can select a non AC hostel (three beds per room) or a AC hostel(three-two beds per room) and pay accordingly.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni do not usually return to college but they do sometimes and are quite helpful. Also seniors are quite friendly and helpful. There is no bullying or ragging observed in the college by seniors. Overall seniors and alumni are good.
Admission
Appeared in kiit entrance exam, if selected one will get to sit in selection date held in the college and courses are allotted according to the kiit entrance results that is every student gets a rank and branches are selected by the students if seats are available.
Faculty
Well learned professors but undereducated lab tacticians. NOT all but few selective teachers do not know a lot but sufficient amount to teach the students the use and applications of the machines and equipments.
