Remarks

The college is good in academics but want this college to improve a bit in sports.Satisfied with the teachers but highly disappointed with the placements in the mechanical branch. It's a good college with some really great teachers who care for you on a personal level. The main approach for these tier 3 colleges is to make students get good decent marks so that they get placed, which this college does work really hard for. Core companies visit the campus but mostly everyone is placed in IT companies which is generally the case among all tier 3 colleges. If you get above 60 percent and have decent communication skills there's a good chance you'll get placed.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is meticulously structured. New syllabus and choice based credit system has been introduced which makes it modern. The college is affiliated to Vishweshwaraya Technological University which is the governing body. The course is overall pretty good The exam is governed by Visveshwaraya Technological University that conducts exam on semester basis. The odd semester exams will be held in the second half of December while the even sem exams get over by June. The lab examinations will be held prior to the written exams

Placement Experience

3.5

The placement is poor in the mechanical branch but improving with the passing year and rest all branch have good placements, as I am in 2 years so not have much knowledge regarding internships. We have many companies that visit us at regular time intervals. Many reputed companies like HashedIn, Adobe, Amazon, Accenture, Infosys and many more visit every year and take the placement interviews. As far as I know they haven't been disappointed with the students

College Events

4.5

There are very few events held in this college. The events held in odd semesters are very boring. However, in even semesters, hostel fest named Utopia, branch fest named Yantra, inter-college fest named Parichay, intra-college fest named Pantheon, are held on the highest level. MBA fest named Gestione, and all small branch level fests are held here. The campus crowd is noticed mainly during college hours.

Fee Structure And Facilities

the average spent for a comedk student in this college living in a hostel is 3 lakhs including college hostel and mess and extra spent. The CET fee is 50,500/-. The Comedk fee is 1,70,000 /- + 26,500/- college fee. Management quota seats are around 3,00,000/. It's Expensive

Fees and Financial Aid

Actually They encourage Scholarship facility and they full fill it. The college will not provide scholarship facility they only encourage outside scholarship if the student is getting and they process it.

Campus Life

4

The infrastructure of the college is good with proper labs and spacious classrooms. There are minor medical facilities, and the ambulance facility is available for major issues. The library is really good with Wi-Fi enabled for students and can be accessed from morning to late night till 11.00 pm. The sports ground is available but not allowed to use as per orders from management. Sports are not given preference in the college. They always focused on academics. The quality of labs is very good, and they are situated underground far away from classrooms.

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel is fees is 37000/- and mess fees is rs 110 per day but the main problem is u have to opt for the mess in any case if u opt for a hostel there is no coupon system from SODEXO MESS. Hostel facilities in and out of the college are quite good. There is a lot of security provided for the students and the hostels are equipped with facilities like wifi and water cooler and emergency power backup

Alumni/Alumna

They conduct alumni meet yearly once this helps students to get in touch with seniors. This also helps in campus placements as well as extra knowledge how seniors faced while they were studying. : Teachers in college are very good and very helpful. They explain the subject in a good way, but few are them have been given the wrong subjects due to lack of faculty members. Teachers here are very familiar that they try to help you out in every possible way. Some teachers use boards to teach the subjects, some use projector to show PPTs, some provided notes directly to students. There are very few opportunities for students to get industry exposure.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty is friendly, many have very high experience in their fields of teaching and the professors have sound knowledge about the course as well as the modern technology. The college faculty and support staff have been amazing till now and so is the management

Placement Experience:

From your 7th semester you become eligible to get placed and it is mandatory to get internship before you get placed which the college helps you to get and around 400-500 companies visit, and a good amount of offers are made by them. The average package stands somewhere around 11LPA -12LPA and the highest goes to 50LPA-60LPA and the median stands around 9-10LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.
