All over the experience of my 4-year college was very amazing and admirable to staff members, college faculty and others. I was such an honour to be part of this institute.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is quite impressive and pushes one's limit and make to study more and to gain more knowledge about the subject. The exam structure is very admirable, it enhances our ability and skills. By more practicing and self-study I can learn more, study more and most importantly learns more.

Placement Experience

The placement of our college is quite decent, it provides us a good platform from where we can launch for our dreams and get successful, responsible and ready to take challenges in our life.

College Events

There is a lot of events celebrated in our college. either we talk about the CORONA event, Teacher's day celebration, Sport's day, Fresher's or Farewell. This college has provided me a platform of participation and to direct the events as a Head Coordinator. I have participated in almost all of the events and believe me, it is a very good experience to be part of such a magnificent institute.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of my college is quite decent and simple. The charges for each semester are around Rs.50,000 including transportation charges. The fee structure is admiring and it is a reasonable price according to the college environment and faculty, staff and infrastructure. My first-year fees were near about Rs. 34,000 plus Rs.100 for fresher's year.

The college offers me a scholarship in First Semester due to having a good academic performance in my secondary education.

Campus Life

The campus life was very admirable and memorable in terms of enjoyment, experience, skill improvement or facing new challenges. The gender ratio is about 65:35 and was a very grateful experience to interact with people from different castes, religions, and groups. We have students from different states form our country Kashmir, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, etc.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors of our college were very helpful and supportive. They provide us notes and various skills regarding technical and non-technical.

Admission

I came to know about this college through advertisement and publicity cell. After visiting the admission building of Gateway Education situated in Prashant Vihar, Sector 14 and have a visit to college it gives me immense pleasure and satisfaction to be part of such an impressive institution. Regarding the admission process, it was quite simple, firstly my certificate of migration and academic performance were asked and the admission cell ensures and satisfies me with the teaching staff, the placement cell, college infrastructure, and other things.

There has been a great role of my college faculty to improve my skills and abilities. The faculty of my college is very supportive and always ready to help. We have a helpful and experienced faculty, either we talk about the teaching staff or non-teaching staff. Moreover, the training and placement cell is quite decent, the training staff for soft skill development is very impressive and we have got a very experienced teacher to help us to improve our soft skills.

My Experience in JC Bose University

Likes

I like the claim and composed environment, no one shouting or making noise
Each buliding have lift which help reach higher floor easily
Having strong alumni association which help student get placement

Dislikes

I don't like the paper work delay during the admission after paperwork
Campus less crowded places are not maintained very well
Older buliding classes don't have ac in the classroom

In Electrical course we have many kind have course which design for solving various kind of problem in field , BSC ( Basic science course ) , ESC ( Engineering Science Course ) , DSC ( Disciplinary specialized Course ) , VAC ( Value Added Course ). Professors teaches with real life example and use 3D shape and animation to explain things easily.

Echelon technology provides predefined curriculam and tests, exams on weekly basis. this college will help to make projects and intrest any activies which you like. All teachers teching method is mostly common and easy to understand for both types of student first who one is coming from outside of states and the local student.

Infrastructure of our college is too good,having proper ventilation system ,well equipped AC ,a hygienic environment having a lush green campus.it has proper wifi facilties in the campus. I would personaly rate it 4.5/5.
Here we get exposure to various growth opportunities like sports,studies and research.Even our college is open for students who plan to start their startup. our college provides specific amount help for students aspiring to run their own startup.
while talking about social interaction, our college has a good crowd and people are friendly so its easy to connect with them,all the faculties are expert in their domain having a good background and knowledge in their feild

Dislikes

CCTV's are not present in class which should be there for security purpose. only in the campus and corridors CCTV are present.It's kind of hard for students to get their medical certificate approved , they need a lot of formalities.
Mess food is not upto the mark, it should have been better thats why students have to go to canteen and food stalls to eat food and in campus girls to boys ratio is too less .less number of girls as compared to boys.
The library space is also very short ,it get's crowder and filled up during exam times so students have to go to other libraries present in the campus and it gets hard for student to study in summer's outside the library.

Placement Experience:

Four campus placements student get eligible after the 6th semester and from 6th semester companies come and they search for their Perfect suit And they just simply Conduct their interviews in the College campus Various companies visited our college like HCL,TCS and many more Offering a basic scale payoff around 6,00,000 Per year. Average package for our college is around three to six lakhs and the highest package a student got is around 54 lakhs Per year. For sitting in placement at least 6 cgpa is required to Get eligible for Placements But most of the companies ask for 7CGPA and above and only few companies are there which demand 6 cgpa students. My planes after getting this degree is Doing a job and then Lumping amount So that I can open up my business in the form of cafe or something else. But somewhere I will like to become nlp engineer As I have interest in sound processing system and AI and being from IT background I have good coding skills and communication skills. Till the age of 40 I Start my own business or a startup. At last but not least Our college has a good placement Drive system And a good academic system too and one can easily prepare for placements if he studies well.

Likes

I liked the environment alot. The infrastructure is very good.
The food court is also very good and provide good food on affordable price.
I like the teachers alot they are very easygoing and friendly to communicate with.

Dislikes

I don't like the uniform system as they ask us to wear it daily.
There should be days atleast once a week where we can wear casuals in college.
The teachers are very strict about the study.

Placement Experience:

From 2nd year onwards we can prepare for it as we are equipped with hands on experience on multiple projects and practical knowledge. Till now the highest package has reached 45 lakhs per annum. I don't think that percentage matters as practical knowledge is more superior that theory part. I am planning to go for MNCs.

i like that this college fees is affordable and can be deducted if we get good grades inschoool
faculty is so good all notes will be provided online , and also teachers are well educated
computer labs are well facilated , with wifi and good computerss

Dislikes

billingual classes can be problem sometime if someone want it in english
water can be sometime bad in one of the department
college is situated in rural area so convinience can sometime bother you

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the 6th or 7th semester for the campus placement And R College offer many companies, for example, at CL Maruti Suzuki, and there are many more which you can found in brochure. And the highest package of our colleges is 30 lpa. And the average package can be lie around 7 lakhs per annum. And percentage of student plays I don't really get it And after I got a degree, I'll plan on making some business rather than holding on some internships

I had interest in full stack development, wanted to create websites. This course has collaboration with Xebia which provides a better learning approach for full stack No much improvement if the teacher appointed is great Timings of exam is really average but it is somewhat easy. Lookout for some exams because the faculty sometimes makes tough and tricky paper just to fail students

industry focussed curriculum and only relevant things that are required in the industry are taught be it soft skills or tech stack
more practical learning to solve real world problems rather than just classroom learning approach
i also like the crowd of my batch its really very supportive, there is so much to learn from each one of them

Dislikes

sometimes acads become so binding that it prevents us to participate in any other extracurricular or sport activities

Placement Experience:

the placement and internship support here is really great i know many of my friends who bagged internship in their first year itself i myself got an opportunity in my first year to work with a company the faculty and placement team provides full support to students other than this we have a paid internships of six months in the 4th semester for every student and students are being prepared for the same since the very beginning of the course

I've applied only for chandigarh university and this college gateway Institute of Engineering and Technology... But I didn't get addmission in Chandigarh University because of my famiy as they refused to go me to chandigarh and giet this college was in my hometown i.e. Sonipat and not far from my house and this is overall better than many colleges.
