The Northcap University is the best place one could find all that he looks up for not only academic development or a bright career but also for an overall holistic development preparing all individuals fit for jobs and healthy-happy life.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes, it's totally relevant and fair. It helps in practical based learning which is quite important for an individual. The exams are so designed that one feels no pressure yet learns and attempt exams with all needed skills and pass efficiently.

Momentum, it's a cultural fest organized by the students and faculties together. It's carried out for 3 continuous days a lot of inter and Intra-college competition of dance, music, singing, dj battle, fashion show and DJ nights, Freshers, Workshops, Seminars.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For BTech course fees are one lakh thirty thousand which is quite affordable and cheap as compared to other colleges thus fees include all the facilities available at the college like cafe food labs infrastructure.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not opted for any of the scholarships or education loan for the college.

Campus Life

The campus life is fantastic, fun-loving and friendly. There are a lot of co-curriculum activities carried out by different clubs and societies. The gender ratio is perfect 50-50. There are a lot of healthy competitions held within and outside the campus for keeping the students motivated and entertainment with some learning and knowledge.

Alumni/Alumna

They all are very good and extremely helpful.

Admission

For BTech courses, both JEE (mains) and CBSE marks are taken into consideration 60-40 percentage respectively. Then a merit list is prepared by the college the students qualifying the merit list get admission then according to the Haryana domicile another merit list is prepared for scholarships.

Faculty

On the basis of knowledge skills and interaction with students all given in the feedback forms. The way each faculty is prepared for the class how calmly and efficiently is the faculty able to take and solve doubts her/his friendly behaviour.

Likes

Good campus with a lot of greenery and a peaceful environment for students.
Teachers are mostly supportive and actical classes are helpful for understanding the subjects.
Good labs, library and sports facilities with many activities happening on campus.

Dislikes

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.

Truth of NCU(The NorthCap University)

I didn't chose this college, I was forced by my parents to join it as they had heard that it was one of the best Engineering colleges in gurgaon. If i knew how the college really is, in my wildest dreams i would not have taken admission in it. I have not got rejection from any college. Admission process is very simple, if you have money you get admission. There is no elegibilty criteria, only money matters here. They are so low on there morals, they now treat students as atms. no focus on study, bad environment, worst crowd,no managment, not safe for girls, etc....Read More

I applied for IPU but my family didn't wait for the results from that college that am I selected or not. other students of my age were getting admissios so they wanted me to also get admitted as soon as possible. They also didn't want that I stay away from home so this was the closest college and in gurgaon it is better than any other college. so I tried here I and I got easily admitted. this was actually not ony list but here I am. I had a JEE score of 70 percentile and with this I got my admission letter. they also have a college exam who don't have a JEE score...they need to do a paper made by college and if they pass then they get admission too....Read More

I applied only to direct admission colleges i didn't really apply to any but yeah considered the ones near my place like kr manglam and gd goenka, i also thought about amity or bennet which are in noida but i didn't apply to them as they were far and gd goenka and kr manglam were charging more fees . Northcap was the cheapest and the nearest so i applied to this college only. I just filled the admissions form online paid the fees and got admitted as i said its a direct admission college so they take in just anybody but still my class's strength is only 27 lol not a very good college overall but the cheapest sooo. But if anyone can pay extra then i would suggest amity over it . Its better in study aspect in all delhi ncr...Read More
