Remarks
Overall Thapar college is good and have more positive points then negative points. But the main problem is that it has a lot of students. So it is very difficult for one to compare itself and interact with students.

In Thapar University every year a lot of companies come for the recruitments of the students in the placement cell. And Thapar starts providing internship from third year onwards. The average is also good than other institute's
College Events
There are almost 30 societies in Thapar college including both technical and non- technical. These societies select interested students. And the events were organised by the society almost every week.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Thapar college is very good in almost all fields and as it is a private college so it is very expensive and the fee structure increase every year. But it is worth when you get good placements from here.

Yes, Thapar provides scholarship to the students. There are three kinds of scholarship and every type has its own terms and conditions. It is on the basis of examination conducted by college and on the regular performance.
Campus Life
Thapar is famous for its extracurricular activities and especially in sports. All the grounds are well maintained. The other activities are on the regular time table and is compulsory for every student.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I have opted for the Hostel in the Thapar college. The hostel is neat and clean and there is a lot of space in every room. There are all kind of facilities and the mess food is also good with different varieties of food.
Alumni/Alumna
Thapar is an anti- raging university. So all the senior students are friendly and helpful. First they conduct party for Fresher's and then there are interactive sessions for them to help them knowing about college life.
Admission
Admission in Thapar college is on the basis of the JEE main entrance exam. Then a list was prepared by the Thapar University on the basis of the rank we have in our JEE examination. Only those students are applicable who has filled the form for the Thapar University before the results.
Faculty
The faculty here are very educated. All teachers are helpful and co-operative to the students and has full knowledge to their subjects. But they are strict to the rules and regulations made by the university.
