Best College for All Rounder Basis

The College is quite good for the good academics students and also for the sportsman, the college supports each students to their respective career choices whether it be sports, Corporate, Governmental Services or Cultural the college is well esteem with type of attitude i.e Do the thing in your career which you are best in it.

Most of the student here are from the bachelor of commerce department and course is derived in systematic format i.e three year course with total 6 Semester in which, 2 semester in each year. Taking about the exam structure, the college have internal exams just before the semester and you have to clear the each semester.

The college has an excellent placememt cell in which the cell primary aim is to provide placement for the students who has good academics and extra curricular activities, the placement drive are held annually in the college and many multi national as well as national companies from Information Technology, Banking, Finance etc are drived in the college for placement purpose.

The college has vast events celebrated in the college in which the different departments have different event. The annual event of the college is taarangan which consists of three days and have inter college competitions and last is Trishna in which programs such as Cultural events are held and every year one of the most famous DJ performs to entertain the college crowd.

The fees structure of the college is not too expensive but also not feasible one becausr comparing to other colleges this college fees is quite hefty than others but the fees which is generated also the provides the necessary things that have charged by the college.

Scholarship are provided by the college for the meritorious sportsman who have represented in national or international level and also loan facility is also provided to the low financially sounded students who are unsble to pay the fees in one time so some terms are given to student.

Sports in the college have the most highlight thing in which primarily aim is to produce good sportsman and the college have most the indoor and outdoor sports in which many of the students are now sports celebrities. Taking about the extra curricular activities the college has NSS and NCC in which both of the organisation has represented the college in national and international level. Labs of the college are well versed with their structure discipline with high powered computers and wifi facilities.The college also provides digital lab and internet lab for the students who are looking for the internet or digital basis.

The NSS and NCC senior students always help their in activities and problems and taking about the academic seniors most of them are quite busy with their life and has no interested in their juniors. Ragging has no place in the college, Seniors in the academic are in need when a department organise any cultural or talent event then seniors are alwayd in the search of good juniors.

Firstly for the Degree Course I had applied for the Mumbai University Official website for the degree courses in which we have to mandatory apply in website and fill the necessary forms after the personal details and writing down the education qualification you have to choose respective course and college. So i had choose my course and applied to thakur college of science and commerce after submitting the online form, you have to take the printout of that application and submit to the college after that merit list date is published by the mumbai university in which the college notice board and website shows merit cut off percent in different category if your percent is more than or equal to cut off than you can take admission by filling up some necessary college forms which is given by the college counter itself and after that fill up the forms and make demand draft of the exam fees and submit to the college admission counter or classroom.

The faculty of the college is quite good and very professional in their work, also the faculty helps the students during off working hours also apart from the lecture timing also the college generally focuses on the quality education so different types of educational competitions are held to motivate students.
