Remarks

Pros: 1.The college provides enough academic experience to face the university examinations. 2.The institution provides enough employment opportunities for most of the students. 3.Due to the experienced faculties who teaches with practical examples. Cons: 1.It fails to provide the practical experience for the students to face the challenges outside the college environment. 2.It mainly focuses on the academic performance of the students thus providing a school environment inside the college atmosphere.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is far satisfactory. Still the 2017 regulation has many disadvantages such as break system. It also provides internship as an part of an curriculum so that the students will have enough experience to competite against the modern developing environment.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placement opportunities for the Information Technology and Electrical Branches are quite good.Infosys has been recruiting consistently for more than 10 years from our college and placements in leading companies such as HCL are quite often happening. The college doesn't provide any internship opportunities students have to engage themselves for internship programs

College Events

2

Not much events are celebrated in our college. The mandatory functions which are celebrated are 1.Sports Day 2.College Day or culturals 3.Womenia or women's day 4.Workshops 5.Sysposiums 6.Project expo

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is not much expensive but still not affordable for low class and low middle class people(1 lakh per Annum). The hostel fees is quite expensive and it is not worthy as they won't serve any non vegetarian food on any occasion.Still the academic fees can be reduced If you get placed by Anna university Counseling (around 50000 per annum)

Fees and Financial Aid

The scholarship can be availed for many students representing different communities based on that they can apply for different types of scholarship. The Christians and Muslims can apply for a specific scholarship for which the application is provided in the college library itself. The college has tied up with City Union Bank so that loan application process can be easier to avail.

Campus Life

3.5

The college provides practices for a number of sports and games including Football, cricket, volleyball, Basketball etc. It doesn't provide any of extra laboratory services and training. The laboratory practices are limited to the curriculum. Our college students have done several projects and won several competitions in the state level and the national level.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is not much active compared with other college alumni network yet they are helpful in providing guest lectures and bringing cheif guests for the college events and programmes. The alumni network can be improved if the institution concentrates on them.

Admission

Anna University Counseling process. Based On Cutoff Marks I choose the desired college and desired programme. It is also based on the respective community. Each community has it's own cutoff range to choose the required college.

Faculty

4

The faculties on most of the branches are quite experienced enough to teach what's required for the students in best possible way. Still The department of civil engineering doesn't have enough experienced faculties as the branch has been introduced just few years before.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
