Remarks
Overall I would not recommend anyone to go to this college. Because the college management will not help you in any way. You will suffer even if it is your mistake or even if the college management did any mistake. If you talk to any student currently studying they will also give you a hundred reasons not to take admission here. If you are in any problem then the college management won't help you and that's final. They didn't even pay the cleaning staff of the college for which they protested also. And one of the worst problems is the local students who are ready to fight with you for no reason at all and a lot of other students who ruin each and every fest and party organized in university.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum and exam structure are all averages. The teaching is done at a below-average level. For the first 3 years, the curriculum is nowhere near to industry-specific and only based on reading and writing in exam kind of way. For some other courses, industrial visits are provided, nothing as such for Btech CSE.
Placement Experience
The placement facility of this college is good and a lot of companies give placements here. Amazon, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, cognizant, tech Mahindra, Byju's, Lido and many more companies visit here. Technical rounds, GD's and HR interviews are done for placements according to different companies. Yes, a little effort was made for preparing for placements.
College Events
A lot of festivals are celebrated in this college but apart from giving just permissions, almost no other help is given by the college/university, sometimes not even that too. The events are all just done by students. Some are College annual fest, Diwali fest, Holi fest, Freshers party, etc are all celebrated and also a lot of celebrities visit here every year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The program fee is about 160000 every year and payment is accepted online as well as Paytm also. Every year some extra charges around 1000 are added by the name of ebooks and etc. No transparency is provided in terms of the fee-breakdown is provided.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college should have provided a scholarship for students scoring about 9 CGPA every year but the college did not do that and no scholarship was given. A 25% scholarship was provided to me in the first year during admission because of my 12 scores.
Campus Life
The campus has no wifi, no AC, sometimes even no water and no fan too. Only the outer structure is good so that the fees can be increased that's it. In my course, the gender ratio is around 20 girls to every 100 boys. A lot of cultural societies are present in every field be it studies or music or dance but the internal politics in the college is too damn much. A lot of cultural fests, parties and workshops are also arranged but by the students only.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are all average only. The building is good and infrastructure is also good. The bathrooms are well maintained and the cleaning staff is very good. But the food is very bad and mostly we had to eat outside only. The rooms are okay and in AC rooms the AC is turned off automatically during college hours even if you go to class or not.
Alumni/Alumna
The interaction with college seniors only depends on the individual student's nature only. My experience with the seniors was very good and as a senior also my experience is also great.
Admission
I had a keen interest in Computers from a very early age and I wanted to develop a mobile app of my own. This institution is well reputed and known for its good placement record. I gave the JEE Mains exam and qualified the first level. From the marks scored in that I got into this University.
Faculty
The number of faculties present in the college is almost appropriate but sometimes creates blunders too. They are aged around 35-40 years with some Ph.D. faculties too.The faculties are even asked to teach subjects that even they are not experts in and hence is problematic sometimes. Only a handful of them are good at what they are doing.
