Remarks
College is positive in terms of the staff and teaching facilities but negative in terms of placements.there is so many apportunities to develop our skills in practical knowledge by working in labs for hours and hours. Sometimes there is insuffiecient material problem appears but that can be solve in some times.so overall that is good.
Course Curriculum Overview
There is 5 courses namely B.E in computer electronic mechanical IT and in instrumentation.so there is plenty of choices to select the course. the exam will be held according to pune university pattern. That is 2 sem in each year. But now the exam pattern is changing frequently so it depends on the decision of university of pune.
Placement Experience
Placement is not so good. It depnds upon students overall performance.if someone is doing good in academics then there is plenty of chance to get placed in companies like Q spider , honeywell etc. But packages are not so good.
College Events
In college annual gathering is the biggest event. Also the technical event like yantrostav , national level poster presentation is held. In these poster presentation the participants of all over india come here.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is quite affordable. If you get admission through mht cet exam then your fee will be upto 90000 per year. But you can also get scholarship like EBC and for sc st categories so you get discounts upto 50 to 80%. Also if you selected for TFWS sheme then you have to pay only 7000 rs.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is so many scholarship provided by university to this college. The scholarship like EBC which given to OBC categories students which make the 50% off in total fee structure. Also there is punjabrao deshmukh hostel scholarship given to the students whos stays in hostel , PG , or in rented house that is upto 30000 rs. For applying this scholarship there is seperate online process is establish by government which is online and availiable at mahadbt portal.
Campus Life
Each department has its own 2 to 3 labs for practicals. These labs are good design and spacious. So many tools are availiable according to requirements. Also college has its own ground where students plays football volleyball cricket and so many games in their free time. So many sports material is availiable.
Hostel Facilities
There is so many hostel which is affilated to college. There is not college hostel. This all private hostel are jst outside the college campus usually 200 meters away from college. 3 hostels for boys and 1 hostel for girls. The total hostel capacity of boys is 300 and for girl is about 150. The hostel has seperate bed for each.with table and chair. wifi facillity and charges are affordable that is upto 1500 per month.
Alumni/Alumna
From this year there is program started called as alumini meet and held on 26 january of each year. In this program so many aluminies comes together and share there experience about job and so many things.they advice on the current situation in industries and point out the factors which required to improve. So there meeting is quite helpful.
Admission
You can get admission by simple giving the mht cet exam.that is entrance exam for the engineering in maharshtra state.also you can get admission through management quota.the cet entrance exam is held after 12th board exam.
Faculty
I m from instrumenation dept. So this faculty is totally different from others. other faculty has intake of 60 students but in my faculty there is 30. So everyone get clear practical knowledge about the course.also instrumenation engneering is unique in the india.and very few college in india.
