Remarks
Positive-The campus is full of trees and is far from pollution. Many workshopa are held to make ua practically better. Negative-There are no seperate cafeterias for teachers and students with puts both of them in awkward situations. Also there should be proper ground for students to play.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course structure is quite good as we can choose the subjects according to the field we want to study.Also we have to take one compulsary NPTEL course for more better understanding.We have 2 mid terms and 1 semester in 6 months.Sometimes the mid terms became to hectic for us because of the fest and festivals and labs were neutral.Sometimes lab were very hectic for the day but sometimes it was chilled.
Placement Experience
The college is good in placements and provide lot of job oppurtunities to the students.As my seniors got a decent job with decent salary.Also companies like Wipro,capghemini,etc come to our college. No,i have no idea if my college provides intership but i have not heard about it from any of my seniors.
College Events
We start with republic day to saraswati pujo,holi,then we have freshers,convocation,fest,ganesh puja,diwali. The fest is a bigger one as students from different schools come to participate in different events of the fest including us while other festivals are celebrated only qith the faculties and studenta of the college
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible.For every 6months we pay 75k (35k for hostel and food and 40k tution fees).My course is for 4yrs and the total amount comes up 6lakhs.Compared to other colleges,this college is quite feasible.
Fees and Financial Aid
Students who score above 90%in 12th std are given scholarship of 20%.And above 95% are a given a scholarship of 40%.10%scholarship is given to those scoring above 85%. i have no idea about the loan facility.
Campus Life
Extra curricular activities like kabbadi,volleyball,football,throwball,tug of war are played by both boys and girls.In case of workshops and sports there is no discrimination in terms of gender,caste,religion,etc.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels are too good.The rooms are cleaned everyday including the bathrooms.We are provided with one table,chair,cupboard,pillow,bucket,mug,mastress and a bedsheet.We have 3 students in one room and all are given there seperate things which are mentioned above
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are very helpful in my college.Any kind of issue regarding studies or other matters is solved by the seniors.Also all the events are supervised by our seniors.They also help us a lot in case of projects and workshops.
Admission
i was chosen by WBJEE.I chose B.Tech(CSE) because the college had good placement records in this course.The faculties of this college are also very helpful and also many extra curriculum activities makes us implement bookish knowledge practically.In the admission process only they checked the wbjee scores and they jst made us fill the form for admission with neccesary document submission.
Faculty
Falculties are too helpful in this college.They are always ready to teach us even if it is just one day before the exam.They make sure that students study hard and are dedicated to teach us the respective subjects.
