Positive remarks are like strict standards in college and the placement percentage is high and the syllabus standards is also up to the generation, there is no negative remarks regarding to vellamal engineering college

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum in vellamal college is very good.In vellamal college there is practical approach for any subjects, there is also labs and frequent mini projects given to the students that may increase the students skills and the syllabus is also according to the latest generation.

Placement Experience

In vellamal engineering college for the placements there is placement cell and in the placement cell they train the students for being placed, the college also provides internships due to these internships the placements for the students get easy.

College Events

There is not so many events will take place in college.college gives maximum time for curriculum and the events also takes place on the curriculum and the events regarding to clubs in college like literary club, math club, coderathon, etc

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible for all the students, college curriculum fee is separate and the hostel fee is separate, the college fee is not so expensive, averagely for a student in hostel it might touches one lakh.

In vellamal college you can also get merit scholarships and for the people who are interested at loaning college provides Bonafide, there is also scholarships regarding to caste scholarship in Tamil Nadu govt.

All the extra curricular activities are good, there is so many chances to participate in any occasions, cultural and there is no religion based diversity, there is so many chances to participate sports etc and there is also so many clubs also recording science and math, English departments.

Alumni/Alumna

There is no ragging in vellamal engineering college since 2012 so there is not so much interaction with seniors but the seniors are so helpful to regarding to studies, their timings and juniors timings are different so there is no interaction at all.

Admission

This college is one of the leading college in Chennai as per the placements in this college also good so I have chosen this college for pursuing my bachelors.For getting seat in vellamal college there is two methods of getting seats, one is through merit base and another one is through management.

Faculty

The faculty of the vellamal engineering college is too good and the faculty are also highly experienced and all of those completed their graduation at highly famed colleges, the faculty also teaches practically.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

I applied for SSN and saveetha college. But now i am happy that i got this college. Because when compares to saveetha. My college have better placements. So im happy that i have this college.
