Remarks

As a previously stated that our college is in a very good environment so is your health place for study and learning.our college is just beside EM bypass so it is very well to communicate and good for transportation.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course curriculum is very good. The exam structure is semester basis that is it has two exams in year one in the june another in December. There are categorised as odd sem and even sem in between that we have 4 internals two of them written and tour assignment base. Particles are held before the theory exams.

College Events

4.5

Our college undergoes many fest only like there is cultural fest sports fest and some puja flexisel puja vishwakarma puja and many more. We also celebrate special days like teachers day. Another main events in a college which includes freshers and technical fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Since it is the government college so it doesn't have a high fees structure so it is feasible. We have to pay semi yearly fees our varies stream to stream. And this semester fees also includes the examination fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

no there isn't any good scholarship for loan facility offered by our college if you want to have something about to have it by your own.college will definitely help you in getting the scholarship for the loan if there is anything that the college good do they will surely you're doing that. Since I previously mentioned that there is a friendly environment in a college so all kind of hills will be supplied.

Campus Life

4.5

Yes we to have good labs and sports ground. Cosmos ground is big enough to play football cricket badminton volleyball etc.since it is the Leela technology college so it has to have good labs since the leather stream students have many laps live biochemistry polymer lab and also its engineering college we do have chemistry in our subject in learning so as to alchemist ilaka that that many other in lab such as electrical electronic lab microprocessor lab and so on.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes our college does organised reunion the time of cultural fest we do include hours helpline more nice and super seniors. We do have a good history of our seniors. They are much helpful, they help students and the college.

Admission

Admission in this college is done by the process of enrollment by giving your WB JEE rank. There are mainly three round of counselling first round second round and third round each round gives you opportunity to change your college. I chose this college in the first round only.

Likes

Supportive Faculty - The professors are highly qualified, approachable and always willing to help students
Free wifi support - There are free wifi support for both student and faculty
Fee Structure - It is very affordable and low compared to other colleges in the region

Dislikes

Placement support is below average, and most studnets have to apply for off campus jobs independently, which is really pathetic in the era of ai where getting a job as a fresher is so difficult
There is no dedicated support or placment cell initiative to help studnets land meaningful summer internships or any kind of internships

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements starting from the 7th semester. For placement drives, we have to visit the main campus, Techno Main Salt Lake (TMSL). Since students from other Techno India campuses and branches also participate, the competition is extremely high. In the 2025–2026 academic year, fewer companies visited. Only two companies, Dronahost and WishCare, visited our specific campus directly. The remaining drives—mostly service-based companies like TCS and EY, along with a few startups—were conducted at the main campus. The remaining drives mostly service based companies like TCS, EY etc and quite a few startups has visited to main campus. The package they offered mostly in between 3.5lpa - 6 lpa. Furthermore the selection process of those startups is quite rigorous often consisting of upto 5 rounds of interview, two technical rounds with two technical interviews, and HR round My plans after getting the degree is either pursue an MBA or preparing for govt jobs

Campus life: Hype vs Truth

Likes

The discipline is followed very strictly. Also you have access to library which is good, teachers are helpful and no ragging policy which is strictly followed and has a decent environment.
Thery conduct seminars which encourages students. Many faculty members are knowledgeable experienced in their respective subjects and helpful willing to solve doubts beyond the classroom also.
The college has decent infrastucture including classrooms, labs and library .

Dislikes

While the curriculum is decent ,it lacks sufficeint practical implementation.More hands on projects, real world application and industry exposure would improve learning significantly.
Campus life can sometimes fell limited in terms of active student interaction.Opportunites for clubs, networking and collaborative activities could be improved.
The college comes under St tHomas School so the campus is not great it is compact and has a canteen.

Placement Experience:

I heard it from seniors that before lockdown it was pretty decent but after lockdown the company visits are not that much comapred to before lockdown.Cognizent, Accenture, Mindtree, PQ360 which is a startup company of our senior alumni etc. visits.
