Remarks

I feel a bit pressure one forcing students to attend regular tests almost daily and it's moreover just result related. Would love if the college gave more importance to sports, not judging based on results and activities. Improvement of food in hostel mess. Forcing and putting unnecessary fine for delaying payment of college fees, usually they reduce the attendance percentage.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course structure varies for department or the field, improvement must be made in the syllabus we all learn about existing old ones, the subjects we study should help us practically in real life such as jobs, research. etc. Exam structure we have to go through 3 exams 2 assessment test for 50 marks and a model exam for 100 marks before the main exam where paper is set from university.

College Events

4

Technical events are usually biomedical camps and a couple of seminar and international Conference has been conducted over the year. Additionally symposium have been conducted. Cultural events such as nakshatra a 3 day grand event to have fun and onam celebrations for Kerala students.

Fees and Financial Aid

College offers DMAT scholarship were students are selectively choosen based on exams where they could avail 100 percent scholarship and they don't have to pay any fees except the exam fees. You have additional school based on caste criteria nothing else other.

Campus Life

2.5

Labs are usually poorly maintained, extra curriculum activities are there but only previlages are given to people who do well on tests and exams not to everyone. College doesn't promote boys and girls interaction. Over time we get to develop them over years, students from other states join us.

Hostel Facilities

2

Yes, I am a resident of hostel, rooms are not great you have a fan and a bed that's it you have to share 5 members per room it's just for u. g students not for p. g. We have some food problems at foodmess and have faced water scarcity problems.

Alumni/Alumna

Yeah, they could be really helpful when it comes to recommending jobs and keeping track could help us in studies and throughout providing materials for study and support any event organising. A healthy relationship and contact have made many get jobs and form a community over time.

Admission

I chose the college based on my merit list i. e i had to enroll for registration in the anna University website then choose my college from the list of colleges on my alloted day. Better your merit more college you got to choose.

Faculty

2.5

I could give a glimpse of my department, not about overall since I know those who handle us they could all help us get pass marks but no one has ever impressed to really love or created intrest over that subject. All they could do is to constantly conduct tests and provide materials to pass the exams. I wouldn't say they give their Maximum effort. This applies to majority of the staffs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
