Remarks

Overall this college is excellent. Having a historical past. Many of our seniors are serving in reputed firms. This college is also called as IES generator college as this college had given many IES officers to our country.

Course Curriculum Overview

In my course there are 60 students. I am satisfied with the labs and classes taken. Exam cretiria is not so good in this college as exam schedule is nit strictly followed. College timing is 8am to 2 pm and is helpful for students.

Placement Experience

Around 8 students were selected in campus placement. While 7 students were selected off campus this year. The highest package was around 7. 80 lacks per annum in campus the lowest package was around 3 lacks. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Adobe, Vedanta, etc. Nearly all the students get internship. Internships are offered by indian railway, Drdo, etc

College Events

There are many fest held yearly. Every department organise its own fest. We have annual college fest also named innovarious. We have sports fest Bhomsa, splash. Every year their is star performed night organised by student union.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is affordable. 15000 rs per semester for GAS and 30000 rs per semester for SFS. Hostel fees is 10000rs yearly. And mess charges as rs 40 per diet. Overall everyone can afford and is lowest among any other college

There are many scholarships for students. Their is one government scholarship which is given to students having less family income. There is one scholarship given by our alumni association to meritorious students.

Campus Life

There are many co curricular activities held yearly. Their are many cultural and technical events are held. In which students have to participate. Also there are some debates and conference are held.

Alumni/Alumna

We have a great alumni network. We have a alumni association which helps in developing our college. Also their are scholarships programs held by them. Seniors are very helpful. Help in studies to activities.

Admission

This college is most ranked among all the colleges in Rajasthan. It is having nice campus and value for money. It is having lowest and affordable fees. Anyone want admission in this coolege must have passed 10+2 and have given JEE MAINS.

Faculty

Faculty is very good and experienced. We have teqip also in our college. Faculties help in all our studies as well as co curricular activities. They are very helpful and cooperative. Books written by our faculty teachers are preferred in IITs.

the class timings are really flexible that is maximum 5 hours in a day
there are a lot of fun events in college every other day
the male to female ratio is approx 1:1 and both genders jam well with each other

Dislikes

the money factor i would say is one thing which doesnt add up if placements are considered
the freedom provided here might not be the best for everyone u need to have self control over yourself
people here can get too entitled and the pda inside might bother you but you will find your people

the cirriculum is designed in a way such that most of the outdated and uselss things are removed this year and the labs of each subjects help you well enough to dive deeper into the application of the subject . some areas for improvement can be removing unnecessary subjects like manufacturing process for cse students . main exams are held every 3 months and the difficulty is moderate

I like my hostel, accommodation is very nice
mess food is very tasty , scrumptious and homelike
the college is surrounded by greenery and breath taking nature!

Dislikes

The scorching desert heatwaves in the summer and chilling winter smog make walking across the vast, vehicle-free campus exhausting for a big chunk of the academic year.
Mandatory interdisciplinary projects and strict attendance policies leave little breathing room for students wanting to focus strictly on self-driven coding, competitive exams or independent side projects.
The campus is situated far off the highway in the industrial backdrop of Neemrana, there is virtually no social or city life right outside the gates.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is industr-aligned with strong project-based learing and a mandatory final-year internship. Exams feature well-placed mid and end terms, though early theory subjects need more practical coding.

MY IMPRESSIONS ON THE UNIVERSITY OF FUTURE

Likes

The thing I liked the most is the nature around/in the campus.
The various options for sports and other outdoor activities.
The EAT system, which is better and healthier option for ACs.

Dislikes

A few meals on the mess menu are not that good.
Lack of normal-temperature water options.

Placement Experience:

NIIT UNIVERSITY placements rates are 100% and more important is that role fitment rate is also 100%. NIIT UNIVERSITY placements starts from 7th semister with Industry practice(IP). Many big companies come for the placements.

Likes

The place is not only promoting studies they are also promoting the Talent by organising various events where they learn and develop other skills.
The Girls to Boy ration is good - 40:60.
The campus is also fine not very premium not very bad. If you're a good place in budget constraints you can opt for this.

Dislikes

They are little focused more towards money. for example when there is attendance less than 75% still if Student pay the fees they allow him to sit in exam.
Teachers can be more better. My experience with the staff is not very amazing. A lot of time i corrected some the teachers for certain topics

Placement Experience:

- Here the placements starts in the beginning of the 4 year. Campus placements are offered and it's not bad. Even we'll get some internship opportunities in 4 year before college ends - In my year the highest package is 14LPA in Mahindra

Friendly Teachers - treat you warmly and respectfully.
No severe Attendance Criteria or Extra marks deduction.
Many Seminars included throughout the course.

Dislikes

Architectural issues, building without repairs and many damages, no parks or playground for sports and activities.
Damaged computers and conjusted computer labs.
Need to revise the syllabus for CSE/IT as it is not keeping up with current tech.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

Being a Government national college, the diversity is very vast and it helps us understand about the different communities and cultures.
The college provides very educated professors who help you achieve your passion and enhance your vision. They provide information regarding the books you could refer which usually doesn’t happen in other colleges or universities.
The college assigns a group of 10 students to a particular mentor who guides you not only through technical vision but also in the mental health of the student.

Dislikes

Being a south indian, I wasn’t fluent in hindi. This made a hinderence to my study life. But the professors started explaining each class in english later on after my request
The less number of placements could be an issue
The end time for girls is 10pm which is according to me a decent timing. But I think they should atleast let the parcels come past the college main gate after 10. Because the boys can collect it from there but the girls cannot.

Placement Experience:

There are campus placements provided by the college. Students shall be adopting for placements in their final years. The visited companies are Apple, JP Morgan, Meesho, DE Shaw, Salesforce, Adobe, Airtel, Amazon, Bajaj motors and so on. Highest salary id 64LPA, average is 18.39LPA for the CSE branch. The overall percentage of students getting placed is 82% for both BTech and BArch with an average package of 13.2LPA. I shall be trying to get placed.
