Remarks

The college is very well. But the Canteen is very poor and food is very low quality. And take more money we have expect. But the college infrastructure is very well. But the campus is not. Too safe.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very interesting. The faculties is very good. There communication is very well. The course and subject is very interesting. Many new things and subject are learn from that. exams are very tuff and labs is very good and well decorated

Placement Experience

In this college the placement is better than any other college. Already many companies give there placement and. They are also. Well and good. 3rd year and 4th year student goes for internship.

College Events

There Make your on-campus event stand out with these Instagram-worthy event ideas. TEDx talks. College campus farmer's market. 24/48-hour film festival. Community service events. Craft workshops. College-friendly cooking classes. Create a student mentorship program. Battle of the bands.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees -Fee structure is a bit expensive Compared to other colleges and the year I have joined the annual college fee 43. 000 per semester. That is very expensive and costly. And the hostel charges are also. In other payments

Fees and Financial Aid

When is took admission in the college. Then I know about a half free or full free scholarship. Then I apply fr that. But because of I am not a 1st year student. They rejected. Then I got a scholarship fr national scholarship portal. From govt.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities are a critical component of your college application, and you need to impress colleges with your interests. But you might not know what good extracurricular activities look like or what you should be spending your time on.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

I am from binapani hostel. That is in the nazirabad. My hostel is owesome. Room is very clean and fare. The bathroom and basin is very well. Food is pretty good. It is a very safe hostel. There are 2 security guards

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

The senior students are very helpful. We live with each other. We played football in college. Cricket. And carom. They also help in our study. College event. And also many other things. They are very helpful

Admission

I passed my Diploma. Then I took part in jelet entrance examination. I passed and choose Meghnad Saha Institute of technology. In the counseling. My rank was 2480. Then I took admission in that college

Likes

Supportive Faculty - The professors are highly qualified, approachable and always willing to help students
Free wifi support - There are free wifi support for both student and faculty
Fee Structure - It is very affordable and low compared to other colleges in the region

Dislikes

Placement support is below average, and most studnets have to apply for off campus jobs independently, which is really pathetic in the era of ai where getting a job as a fresher is so difficult
There is no dedicated support or placment cell initiative to help studnets land meaningful summer internships or any kind of internships

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements starting from the 7th semester. For placement drives, we have to visit the main campus, Techno Main Salt Lake (TMSL). Since students from other Techno India campuses and branches also participate, the competition is extremely high. In the 2025–2026 academic year, fewer companies visited. Only two companies, Dronahost and WishCare, visited our specific campus directly. The remaining drives—mostly service-based companies like TCS and EY, along with a few startups—were conducted at the main campus. The remaining drives mostly service based companies like TCS, EY etc and quite a few startups has visited to main campus. The package they offered mostly in between 3.5lpa - 6 lpa. Furthermore the selection process of those startups is quite rigorous often consisting of upto 5 rounds of interview, two technical rounds with two technical interviews, and HR round My plans after getting the degree is either pursue an MBA or preparing for govt jobs

Campus life: Hype vs Truth

Likes

The discipline is followed very strictly. Also you have access to library which is good, teachers are helpful and no ragging policy which is strictly followed and has a decent environment.
Thery conduct seminars which encourages students. Many faculty members are knowledgeable experienced in their respective subjects and helpful willing to solve doubts beyond the classroom also.
The college has decent infrastucture including classrooms, labs and library .

Dislikes

While the curriculum is decent ,it lacks sufficeint practical implementation.More hands on projects, real world application and industry exposure would improve learning significantly.
Campus life can sometimes fell limited in terms of active student interaction.Opportunites for clubs, networking and collaborative activities could be improved.
The college comes under St tHomas School so the campus is not great it is compact and has a canteen.

Placement Experience:

I heard it from seniors that before lockdown it was pretty decent but after lockdown the company visits are not that much comapred to before lockdown.Cognizent, Accenture, Mindtree, PQ360 which is a startup company of our senior alumni etc. visits.

Dislikes

Labs are not well maintained the machines are very slow

Ragging free campus. Strict action are taken against those who found guilty.
Classrooms are well equipped and are spacious.
There are many fun events that happen in the college

Dislikes

The campus area is too small. The library is not good
The societies are fully controlled by students so huge partiality goes on.
Some of the teachers are mean and are not good.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards , students become eligible for internships and stepping in 4th yr , students get eligible for campus placement. Techno provides decent campus placements according to your marks. Good marks also with skills get you better salary. Minimum 7.5 cgpa is mandatory to have you sit for campus placements. The lowest package is 3.4 LPA and highest vary but students also get 14LPA easily. Wipro, tcs ,cap ,gemini, amazon , ibm etc.
