Good college no comments regarding any facilities its happy to be a part of this wonderful institution. Im happy that we are learning together in peaceful and very calm inspiring environment its the greenary in college which is just awesome.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is good, curriculum is well modified according to industrial needs. The examination is based on AICTE we will have 2 internals 4quizs along with few object oriented assignments which brings 50CIE and a sem end exam which provides 50SIE totally we will be given with respective cgpa ans sgpa. We also have opportunity to take 8th sem exams in 6, 7th sem to have more free time and attend some internship in final sem. We also have industrial training along with some good programs which allows us to improve ourself for industrial needs
Placement Experience
Placements are good 80-90% of students will be placed, many dream and super dream along with core companies will come for placements. Average package is 6Lpa. Internships are provided by various companies. Average stipen is 8-15k
College Events
Halcyon Spanadana IDEEAS Technisium TedX CodeIeee CorsitMax Shelter Brain. etc many more All of these are college events the participation will be around 1k to 3k, halcyon and spandana are college fest and intra college event more than 5k participants will be joined. They will provide great cultural and social ideas and teachings for us. Im happy to be a part of these excellent events
Fee Structure And Facilities
Quite expensive since government itself will take 62000 for seat but our college an ideal institution for state started by a 111 year lived saint shivakumara swamiji will ask only 36000 fee per annum along with govt fees

A scholarship is provide by an alumini of institution k.Shyam scholorship and on the name of honorary director channabasappa sir a loan facility is available. It will be provided based on the cgpa and curriculum performance
Campus Life
Sport, technical incubation center, gym, women room, creative rooms, well versed labs instruments costing upto 2crores in every labs. Debate society, Vivekananda study circle for inspiration and social understanding
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are good. Facilities are given in good manner food is delicious every week will have one day of special food. Sometimes it bores but maintainance is good. Faculties are assigned as warden hence everything will be maintained perfectly
Alumni/Alumna
Yes seniors come and guide us about industrial environment, alumini completed IAS and civil services will guide us about exams. Those who have achieved excellence in their carrier will provide good guidance
Admission
I joined college through k-cet. As a citizen of tumkur ive observed itsvname and fame from long time. It is famous as IIT of Tumkur, and i joined my course telecommunication after visiting the labs, i was happy about faculty who were well experienced and supportive in nature. Since i was interested in research my expectations filled with dept and now i have ample of opportunities to pursue my dream
Faculty
Excellent, most of them have doctorate. Most of them are involved in research, there are faculty who worked in different companies. They provide practical knowledge along with theory. Specially my dept Hod is an excellent mentor, guide as well as teacher
