Our syllabus was carefully curated in order to provide a holistic view of the general manager for the first half of the course. In between the 3rd and 4th semesters, students are supposed to go for a mandatory summer internship, which was an effective way in order to provide students a hands-on experience of the corporate culture. Post that we opted for specializations. Exams were conducted four times, i.e. at the end of each semester.
Placements are awesome in our college. Our corporate cell maintains close ties with leading companies and invites them for the on-campus placement drive. These companies recruit students from our campus for a number of profiles like a consultation, risk analysis manager, Regional manager, funds manager and many more. Average packages offered vary between 3-4 LPA, while the highest salary offered during my batch was 7 LPA.
I paid 2.6 lacs INR on a yearly basis as my PGDM fee and my total course fee was 5.25 Lacs. The fee structure was very much feasible for me, personally. Overall, I was more or less satisfied with the level of services and amenities provided by the college. Our college is offering an opportunity for students from an economically weaker background.
Extracurricular activities were very dynamic in our college. Guest lectures were a crucial part of our curriculum, where various esteemed industry professionals and research faculty would share their valuable insights with us. All the labs were digitized and had all the latest equipment. All the sports gear were also provided there, in order to ease the academic pressure.
Hostel facilities also provided by the college itself. We had one of the best accommodation facilities. From neatly furnished and spacious rooms to hygienic washrooms and tasty food, our hostel stay was very much comforting. We even connected well with all of our seniors in the hostel. The only downside of the hostel life was that the college gates were closed at 7 PM.
I applied at the college with my CAT score. Admissions are granted on the basis of the merit list, includes entrance exam scores, academic performance, personal interview, etc. The PI round was pretty rigorous and they grilled the applicants very aggressively in order to select the best of the bunch.
Faculty members ware pretty supportively and qualified. They all had relevant degrees to back their extensive industry experience. Their style of teaching was also unique and included a number of assignments, presentations, projects, and case study analysis. The case studies really helped us in order to think strategically.
Campus placements start from the start of the 5th trimester. The placement committee works towards ensuring 100% placements for every batch. The companies which come are both startups and established ones like Airtel, PWC, Talent Recruit, Rento Mojo etc. The highest package offered is Rs 15 LPA and the average stands at Rs 10.5 LPA. Many students have also opted out of the process and have found jobs from outside on their own. It all depends on the profile of the candidate, how well they can build it along the duration of the course.
The placements are really promising as per the data available on the website. The average placement is around 10.5 Lakhs whereas the median goes to as high as 110.5 Lakhs. The highest package offered was around 21 lakhs in an ed-tech company. The employment opportunities are good, the only constraint is you should be able to clear the interview process.
College provides campus final placement and summer internship as well. This year 100% of the students were placed for a summer internships with reputed companies like Moody's with satisfactory stipends, final placement report for the batch 19-21 is not yet published.
From the 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placements. There are bountiful companies which come like HDFC, Standard Chartered, Burger, AsianPaints, Haldia Petroleums, ITC, Britannia, Emami, Hindustan Unilever etc. Unless a student is placed, they will be getting chances to sit for the job. The highest package is 11 lacs PA. The average is 6.5 lacs PA. 100% of students get placed. I shall go for campus placement after the degree.
There are assured 100% placement guaranteed by our college. But, you will be able to grab it in accordance with your eligibility and credibility. A lot of companies with govt. Limitations and international, multinational companies also gives the opportunity of serving by the end of your 3rd semester.
Students are eligible for campus placement from the very beginning of the second semester. More than 40 companies visited. Highest package differs for various years. For my year the highest Package offered was 10Lkh by Biju's. 100% placements of the students are taken care of by the placement department. I am very grateful to the placement department as my plans after being an MBA was to opt for a bank. Due to the tremendous guidance of my faculties and placement, I was able to get a internship in HDFC Bank and from ther I got a PPO with a good amount of package.
Students become eligible for campus placements after Semester 3. Last year from what we have heard, so far 131 companies have visited. The placement packages offered were good. From what we have heard from our sister - so far the highest placement has been for 14 lakhs.
The college is one of the best, faculties are good but the placement officer is not competent. Faculties are all well qualified with a lot of industry experiences, and the guests faculties provide the industry insights, the course structure is excellent the placement team is just horrible.
Campus life was very awesome here. I enjoyed every day of it, as all my classmates were good and had good communication skills I really had a good time here. We had huge auditoriums, that were capable of accommodating around 500 people. Along with this the college also helped me to upscale my management quality and enhance my leadership skills. I will definitely back the college for top-class education specifically in the International Business domain.
