Amity has a brand value higher than almost all private colleges in West Bengal which gives its students an edge during placement. It gives ample opportunities to the students to learn new things. The courses are designed in a way that holistic development of the student takes place.

Course curriculum is at standard with the top institutes of the country. And the exams include one mid- sem exam contributing 30%of total marks and one end- sem exam contributing 70% of total marks. Here the grade points are alloted to students on a relative marking based system so there is a good competition among students.

Amity provides ample placement opportunities for its students. It also provides internship opportunities to the students in their pre final year. various reputated companies visit our college like Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cogiva, Byjus, SAP labs etc. and the last year stipend ranged from 4.5 lpa to 28 lpa.

The biggest event that Amity holds is Amiphoria. Amiphoria is the annual fest of Amity in which wide range of programmes are there ranging from sports, coding, cultural programs, fashion shows and what not. It also organizes seminars thouroughout the year on various topics like IPR, Robotics, entrepreneuship, etc.

Fee structure is feasible. Also students are provided scholarship based on their class 12 results and performance in the semester exams. For B.tech CSE total academic fee is around 8 Lacs. Fee structure is reasonable considering the infrastructure and the hi tech labs that Amity provides.

On basis of class 12 marks students are given scholarship during admission as follows- >=93% 100% scholarship 85-93% 50% scholarship 80-85% 25% scholarship To continue 100% scholarship a student must rank in top 5%, for 50% scholarship in top 10% and for 25% scholarship in top 15% in his batch.

Amity provides enough scope for extra curricular activities. It has various clubs in which you can enroll as per you hobbies. It gives you the chance to represent the college in various sports tournaments. A sports complex is under construction and is expected to be ready by August of this year.

I don't live either in hostel or PG. I live with my parents. but some of my friend live in hostel and PG. hostel facilities are very nice. The college canteen is also good. The hostel is centrally air conditioned and WiFi is available 24*7. Pgs are also available nearby at a feasible cost and the charge per month ranges from 4.5k to 6k per month.

Yes alumni network is very strong and they are helpful to the students. You can approach them any time for any help be it academic or non academic. Seniors are also helpful and they guide the juniors whenever asked for help.

I got the admission based on my class 12 results. Because of my good result in class 12 I got a direct admission, i just had to fill the form. For those having class 12 marks between 60-75 percent need to give the entrance test and sports quota candidates must have represented state or higher level and they need to appear for an interview.

Facilities are well educated and they all are helping towards students. Faculty are highly qualified. Every faculty in Amity has either completed his PhD or is pursuing it currently. Faculty are very good and they teach with an enthusiasm and use real life examples to explain concepts that does not let students lose interest out of the class.
