Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus I studying is Product based learning were the student have to develope a product instructed by the college in 2nd year and in futhuer they build a project of their own. Before the students finishes their degree

Placement and job opportunities are not upto the level but only IT companies are coming for placements Our college provides intenship and also gives attendance. The intenship offer are more in our college

College Events

Varnam, Technofet Varnam is a intra college technical and cultural event specially for first year students to keep them engaged Technofet is inter college technical event with lot of workshops and events.

I have choosen this college thourough tamilnadu goverment counselling for enginnering. I like to choose EEE and i also got EEE in this college since i had enough cut off. Then i paid the college fee and joined the college

Faculty

All teachers are M.E qualified they are freindly too They not only teaches the lesson but also give us carrer guidance They will help in academics for not only toppers but also for the average students

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
