Creative

Likes

The college gives good exposure to design through practical assignments, creative activities, workshops and projects. It encourages students to think differently and develop their own ideas.
The faculty members are approachable and provide guidance during design projects. The studio-based learning and regular feedback help in improving creative and presentation skills.
like the opportunities to participate in college events, photography, exhibitions and other activities. The interaction with seniors, alumni and other design students also adds to the overall college experience.

Dislikes

The workload can sometimes be quite high, especially when multiple design assignments and submissions have close deadlines.
Some activities and projects can require additional materials and expenses, which can increase the overall cost of studying design.
The college can further improve its facilities, resources and infrastructure to make studio work and practical learning more convenient for students.

Placement Experience:

I am currently in the Foundation year, so I have not experienced the college placement process yet. I do not have first-hand information about the semester from which students become eligible, companies visiting the campus, number of offers, salary packages or placement percentages. My current focus is on developing a strong foundation in design and building my skills through practical assignments and projects. After completing my Interior Designing course, I plan to work in the interior-design field and gain practical industry experience. I would also like to explore different areas of interior design before deciding on a specific career path. I will be able to give a more accurate review of placements after experiencing the process in the later years of the course.

The college campus is really neat and clean.
A lot of social activities are done which are really good for the personal growth of the students.
The curriculum is wholly practical based which gives the best knowledge.

Dislikes

If you get selected by one company in placements you are not allowed to sit for another brand.
There are a lot of assignments which helps but also feels hectic for the students.
There is no air conditioners, common room and microwave in boys hostels yet. They are provided with coolers instead.

i got offer letter from vit chennai (had 20k rank) and some colleges from comedk (18k) i chose muj over these colleges because of the location factor as i didnt prefer living in south india due to food and language issues apart from this our college provides good exposure and the manipal tag . you can get admission in two ways one is through direct admission and other is through the met exam cutoff for met is 38 k rank i joined at 16k rank . the most preffered course here is cse . the admission process went smooth...Read More

Life at Manipal University Jaipur

Manipal University Jaipur is the nearest college to me and very convenient. Also, if I'm getting the quality education without spending extra money on hostel and other conveyance, then why would I choose the far ones. Additionally, in the beiginning, the campus attracted me, later on, the quality education left me stuck here, and then the wonderful, full of life environment is the speciality of this campus. I never got any rejections from any colleges because i've never applied for anyone. Admission process here is so simple. You must pass 10+2 with atleast 60% for Bachelor's degree, and 60% in your bachelor's for admission in PG courses. Also, Manipal organizes entrance exam to let the students avail the scholarships. Apart from this, there are several scholarship programs offered by the university with some Eligibility terms. The admission process is so easy here, if you have qualified all the eligibility requirements....Read More
