Remarks

Its always only good remarks I am having about my college. The management was so supportive, especially the teachers. I had lot of personal experience from those people which I enjoyed a lot during those times.

Entrance Preview

Its basic degree course and I had to attend an examination conducted by college and got passed with 91%.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

It was chemistry I had chosen. The syllabus was very detail and its the polymerization that I have opted for electives. The time spent with Carbon and hydrogen components are the best time in my life.

Internships Opportunities

I have done my internship in Binani zinc limited, which is a zinc manufacturing company. The management of the firm were so kind enough that they instructed each department head to share all their process details when we reach out for them. Employees were also treated as very well. Pretty happy with that experience.

Placement Experience

3

Lot of placement opportunities were there. But due to the electives which we opted there were no local companies in our area were ready for offering any positions to us. It was all out of state companies especially from Bombay and Hyderabad who approached us with placement offers.

College Events

4.5

UC college was the biggest college I have ever seen. Its having 100 acres of land and the students volume also was very high. So every celebrations or events we had were enjoyed with much colorfulness.College Day celebrations was the biggest celebration in our time, followed by teachers day, students day, sports day, and cultural celebrations.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Since its a government accredited one the fees structure was well within the reach of normal students. It was not that expensive. Yearly its about 1500 for the degree course and 750 as exam fees per subjects. In addition to that we had to pay lab fees, amenities fees, library fees, etc

Fees and Financial Aid

There were scholarships which were provided by our college, but I am not good at that. I dont have much knowledge on the same.

Campus Life

4.5

Our campus was really amazing. Gender ratios were like 60:40. 60 girls and the later for boys. Lot of cultural activities were conducted in out college. Almost all the events were celebrated by us. There was no issues with regard to race, religion or economic status if we say. Yes there existed healthy competitions or issues in politics. Politics were allowed inside the campus and the students taken it with full responsibilities only. Elections were carried out with great enthusiasm and it was always stayed in healthy range.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

I was a day scholar and thus not having much experience with hostel facilities and mess food. But from my friends who were staying there I came to know that its a pretty good deal to stay in the hostel and it was facilities were decent enough.

Alumni/Alumna

College alumni networks are very active in social networks like, linkedin, facebook, etc. Once in an year a get together is planned and all active members are used to join hands on that day.

Exam Structure

Exams were conducted semester wise only. We were getting enough time between our internal exams and semester exams. It was not that hectic but as you know exams are always hectic no matter how good you have prepared.

Faculty

4

They were very standard and adopted a professional approach for teaching. Practicals were guided with good explanations. They also found time to attend every students personally and also actively participated in all activities during our college times.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My favourite subject is biology. I have applied for zoology course but unfortunately there is no seats available at that time, so I chose Botany which is also my favourite. The curriculum is perfect and prepares for real world. More practical sessions are needed. Every 6 months there will be semester exam. Which is not that much tough.
