Remarks

The college is super with lot of facilities.Academically and financially college helps it's students.I love it.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very good. Some changes are made every year to make the curriculum better. We study on projector and many times on board. The library of my college is very good as it provides a large no.of books and enough space to study.Laboratories in my college are well equipped and teachers tell us every minute thing and concept.

Placement Experience

4.5

Being 1st ranked college.Placement in the college are very good and students also got great opportunities of intenship.

College Events

Time to time many events are organised in my college like reverie, mela, sports week, freshers day.Throughout the year many student guidance programmes are also organised by calling foreign faculties to provide guidance to the students.Ganesh festival and diwali are also celebrated with full joy.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee stri of the college is nominal. We had to pay a nominal amount of 3-6 thousand every year although the students which are not the residents of haryana are provided NTA scholarship of 3000 per month. So we can say that the fee is nominal. We had to pay for hostel in every sem which is 1000 per sem.

Fees and Financial Aid

No I didn't opted for any education loan bcz it is no needed. As every non haryanvi got NTA scholarship it is not needed to opt for any loan.

Campus Life

Campus life is very peaceful.Out college campus is of 1300 acres with about 1000 students and 200 faculties.Extracurricular activities like debate, litrary activities, sports activities are organised time to time. For new admitted students many activities are organised in 1st sem to increase there capabilities.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Yes I opted for hostel. The infrastructure of the hostel is very good.we live 3 students in one big.We are provided personal chair table bed and good facilities. We have our saparate mess and it's quality is that it is ran by students not college so we can order to cook what we want to eat.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Our seniors are very friendly. They never refuse to help us in the same way we never refuse to help them. They are always available to helo us in many matters like study matters academic, financial matters.

Admission

I am interested in such a course where there is less compitition and more opportunities. My college is first ranked college in asia.I got a lot of opportunities in my college. It is a good quality of my college that it provides p.hd btech and many other stream courses.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty staff of my college is huge. The teachers are very experienced and highly qualified. The faculty members teach us in a very friendly way followed by giving assignment time to time so that we can learn more and more. They always try to give us what they have.

Good Campus, Good Learning and Overall Experience

Likes

Good campus with a lot of greenery and a peaceful environment for students.
Teachers are mostly supportive and actical classes are helpful for understanding the subjects.
Good labs, library and sports facilities with many activities happening on campus.

Dislikes

Some administrative work takes more time than expected and can be a little confusing.
Hostel and mess facilities can be improved, especially in terms of food variety and quality
Sometimes the workload and attendance requirements feel a little stressful for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is quite relevant and covers the important basics of Biotechnology. We get both theory and practical classes which helps in understanding the subjects better. Exams are usually moderate. I think more industry based projects and practical exposure can make the course even better. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum.

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.

Our college is the best option if you can't get good IITs or NITs and the research culture is excellent.

NDRI only accepts students to pursue their BTech degree who have cleared the ICAR UG examination with top score and rank in the PCM branch. Your rank should be within 5000 to get into this prestigious college. I scored 423 out of 600 and my rank was 3128, so without thinking anything I applied for this college and got admitted. My category was general. The admission process was fully online but you have to go to the college for physical document verification....Read More
