Remarks

College management is good. All the security personnel work well.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course curriculum is well designed.and exam structure is also properly designed. Course curriculum is fully relevant, research-driven and fair. Everything is well planned and well sequenced like in which semester which subject have to be taught. Workshops is there.

Placement Experience

Placement rating i would like to give is 9 on the scale of 10. For braches related to computer technology i will rate it 10 out of 10 with an average package of 8-10 lakhs per annum.

College Events

Every year college host the cultural fest named CULMYCA. In the spring season. Technical workshops and Industrial visit also takes place time to time. Also different kinds of sports activities are played. Vividha- the dramatics society of university organised various natak like nukkad time to time.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible for a middle class student. My program is b.tech from mechanical engineering. Semester fee is around 30,000/- and annual hostel fee is around 45,000/-. Yes college provide transparency in fee - breakdown. For admission one have to submit counseling fee.

Fees and Financial Aid

No i haven't opted. Yes college offer various scholarship opportunities to the students. College award scholarship to the semester topper. Also some alumni provide scholarship to the needy students.

Campus Life

Campus life is fine. Not that much good but all it is satisfactory. Gender ratio is we can say it is 4:1. Cultural societies are greats. Student diversity is too vast. There is no dispute among students on the basis of colour, religion, caste. All lives peacefully.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, the senior students are always very helpful and i have never experienced or seen anybody, during my tenure, bullying the juniors. They were of immense help when i joined the college and guided me through all the buildings and activities.

Admission

The admission process was layered in three stages. The online submission of forms. After the form was approved we were called for the verification of the documents and the seat was given on the basis of merit.

Faculty

4.5

All the faculty members are well- educated and best in their respective field.Average age of the faculty is 40-45 and maximum of them are having PhD degree. All have numbers of research papers in their respective area. They provide proper practical and theoretical knowledge.

Good Campus, Good Learning and Overall Experience

Likes

Good campus with a lot of greenery and a peaceful environment for students.
Teachers are mostly supportive and actical classes are helpful for understanding the subjects.
Good labs, library and sports facilities with many activities happening on campus.

Dislikes

Some administrative work takes more time than expected and can be a little confusing.
Hostel and mess facilities can be improved, especially in terms of food variety and quality
Sometimes the workload and attendance requirements feel a little stressful for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is quite relevant and covers the important basics of Biotechnology. We get both theory and practical classes which helps in understanding the subjects better. Exams are usually moderate. I think more industry based projects and practical exposure can make the course even better. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum.

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.
