Remarks

Positive remark- Can get a good placement. If you are a good student in the academics and you are a good coder ( in case of cse/it branch) It will be easy for you to got a good job opportunity. Negative remark- College mess food is not so good.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Exams are held by college 3 times internally by the college administration within a semester. These exams are called sessional exams in which 3rd one is called pre university test in which the whole semester course is given.

Placement Experience

4.5

As i know about the placements in my college, it's 100% but in the placements galgotias university students also get participate that makes bitter sense.although many big companies join our college like Tcs,Infosys,Wipro etc. If you have the guts then you can cross their interview and get a good job.

Fees and Financial Aid

You are eligible for Scholarship if you belongs to this criteria- 1. Family annual income <100000 2. Must be from Sc,St,Obc For general categories scholarship is also available but the amount of scholarship is around 50000 rs. In my knowledge.

Campus Life

3.5

College labs are sustainable there is no shortage of equipments and have enough desks space. For sports there is a big ground in the college you can play football, cricket, badminton, basketball. For extracurricular activities our college has a personal development program ( pdp ). It is joined as a subject and have 2-3 lectures a week.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are familier to the juniors, there is no ragging in the college as well if ragging happens the students involved in the act will restigated from the college as well a police case is also lodged but these ragging cases are not seen yet.

Admission

I got admission through the uptu exam which is held every year for uttar pradesh students for getting admission in engineering colleges.Students can also get admissions on there 12th class marks but there are only limited seats for them.

Faculty

Faculty is too good if you are a first year student . But when you go into the 2nd, 3rd year you have to maintain 75% attendence after that its your inner call to attend college or study at your hostel. Faculty will not tease you in any case but if less than 75% they will call your parents as well.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I wanted to go to VIPS, Pitampura. I did get admission there but they did not update the 4 year course policy which was newly released by the govt on their website and ipu website. Due to this my budget messed up and I had to back up. I specially prepared for this exam but in the end I ended up going to a private university where I feel like I wasted my time and money. This university is not how it may look like. It may be good in terms of fees but the faculty and courses that get taught are like as if pursuing two degrees with no meaning. The admission process was simple and east. Fill an application form and go to GCET and get everything done there that's all. No complicated thing....Read More
