Entrance Preview

Management seat. My college infrastructure, its rank status, Staffs are superbly skilled, Good placements are offered, People once joined inside won't come out without job, very cultured n very strict, happiest moments in that strictness too. Offers various different courses. Staffs r not arrogant. Excellent managment with good food. Good hospitality.

Course Curriculum Overview

Excellent, Very informative. Many industrial experiences. Many more industrial visits will be arranged. Excellent syllabus from anna university. Each syllabus carries therotical sessions and practical sessions with more information's.

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Wipro, Infosys, Tech mahindra, IBM, CTS, TCS, Accencure, HP, HCl, Shell, cape Gemini, Sundaram motors, triad software solutions, Tech quest n many for software and hardware companies lined up our campus.

College Events

We have all functions lined up like icon awards, people from various categories are been selected and been awarded. International seminars and conferences, tech fest, college day, Farewell day, Alumini day, Symposiums, karhil day etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes Indian Bank s available inside our college premises. Personal loan and education loan available. Scholarship s also available. Minority scholarship for Muslim and christian students.

Hostel Facilities

Excellent. 24hours water supply. Electricity, place to sit n read, gym facility, Diet food facility, swimming pool, make up room, party hall, beauty Parlour, sports court, excellent food hall. Relaxation rooms. Since they provide us good food and all stuffs fee structure s feasible, bus facility n mess facility s excellent, so its not expensive. All the routes we have bus facilities. All day different different menu in food items.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Exam Structure

Exam structure is completely anna university patterns, very hectic with assessments n stuffs.lot of internal assessment n laboratory sessions. Exam structure s ten two marks, and five sixteen mark questions.

Faculty

Very good staffs facilitate with good knowledge and more practical skills. Staffs allow us a time for our general sessions n sharing of our concepts. They give us seminars which helps us to cultivate more knowledge. Keep successive assessments for our practices, overall excellent.

Calm and Student-Friendly at DMI College of Engineering

Likes

The college provides a friendly and supportive learning environment.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
