Remarks
1st I want make bad remarks which I want to mention. More lecturers is needed in our campus. More good laboratory is needed.
Course Curriculum Overview
It's a 4 year course with 8 semester. In each semester there is two main exam one is midterm and another is end term for each subject. It's mostly practical based course so it's makes me more professional and it's has a huge scope for further research.
Placement Experience
Actually I am just a student of 2nd sem now so I know few about placement but there is a placement cell in BCKV.
College Events
BCKV is very rich in festival, cultural program. Our university organized fest which is of 2 days even every campus have there own cultural program each year. BCKV organized annual sports every year. BCKV also participate in agri-fest which is a national level competition.
Fee Structure And Facilities
In this case I will give 9/10 as the fees is low in term of other university in our state. But at admission time I had pay near about 16000 but that is only one time. Semester fee is now 6000 that's mean 1k per month there is no other fees. Hostel fees is free.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions
I opted for swami vivekananda scholarship although agricultural student have another opportunity of scholarship called icar scholarship.
Campus Life
Gender ratio is almost 3:1. Campus life is more than good. Bckv have facilities to played cricket, badminton, football some in door game. Singing, dance miming also I already says that there is a agri-fest which include all of this. Debating, poster making, gaming and more.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel charge is free. One time payement 3000 which is refundable and it is included in 16000 admission fees which I already mention. A hostel room is share with 2 or 3 student. I already mentioned that there is a new campus is almost done which have great room with central ac.
Alumni/Alumna
This is the most positive thing. It's always said that ones you are a bckvians always you are a bckvians. That's has no barier. That's does not see you are a new student or you are passed out student. One bckvians always helps other bckvians.
Admission
Fill up the form from official website of bckv after 12th board result. After releasing merit list there will be 1st counselling & few days later there will be second counselling may be 3rd counselling also(as it was happened last year when I addmited although I admitted through 2nd counselling). The factors that made me choose the institution that already we all know that bckv is the best agricultural university in our state.
Faculty
In our campus there are 12 lecturers as it is a extended campus and number of sit in every sem is only 32 that's why 12 lecturers is enough but my personal opinion is that we need some more lecturers. But there is a good news for us as a new campus is in making which is almost done.

Placement Experience
Placements scenario is not so good, it's average. And if you choose this university leaving a private college, then your decision is better. Packages are mostly in between 3-5 lacs. The multinational company visit every year, BCKV provide every student job and make them earning, and alumni are very notable.
Placement Experience
Students from the 7th semester are eligible for campus placement. Our seniors are in the 5th semester. So, no placement till now. This course is research-based so students are preparing for post-grad. As TNU didn't have ICAR affiliation so we are not eligible for JRF (Junior Research Fellowship). This course is also focusing on entrepreneurship. Government jobs like AFO, NABARD are targets of the majority of students. Private job as Agri consultant is in demand nowadays. I want to pursue Agri-Bussiness Management for my post-graduation.
Placement Experience
After 7th semester students become eligible for campus placement. Companies like Tata rallies, Pan seeds, Indoderma Chemicals, Ujjiban Small Finance Bank, Iffco etc and about 100 placement have been made by them. Highest package is 55000/month and avg is 30000/month. 25% of all students is getting placement each year

It is a home university and no such thing called student union as a whole, so keep your enemies closer than your friends to survive and flourish.

Overall this university is very much good for pursuing B.sc. Agriculture. This university has a great reputation in bringing advancements in the farming society. The management is not that much good but it is enough to become a good personality.

Education system is very good. Teachers are very ground to earth. They are very helpful. The environment is very good for a student and they are suit in this environment very easily. The teachers availablity is less
