Remarks
I got to know about this college from the newspaper and social media that is Facebook. I searched for the details and I found this college to be ideal for me. The college has excellent setups and the faculties are quite understanding and friendly. There was a counseling procedure held at the time of admission and it helped me to choose my career in the right way. the initial days were superb and I enjoyed my college days quite nicely and I don't have any complaints regarding college facilities and amenities.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course and curriculum are well designed and the subject selections for each semester are quite good. The faculties are very much helpful and understanding and it's indeed a very enjoyable moment with them. The semester examinations are held on time and there is plenty of time to take breaks and to do something innovative. In the 3rd year, there is an extra month gap provided in order to complete internships from various renowned organizations. The faculty is to student ratio is quite good. The students are regularly monitored by the faculties in a group of 10 and they guide us to our path of engineering glory.
Placement Experience
Campus placements are quite good. The only problem for the campus placements is that the core stream students are being less placed compare to the other stream students. However, the non-core stream students can be happy to hear that nearly all the students are getting placed in our college and this is very good news. Students are being placed with multiple offers and they are bagging good salary offers. Overall this college at least guides you a placement opportunity and allows every student to try for placements. The training department is quite good as they provide all sorts of help while performing future training and placements.
Campus Life
Every year there are technical fests and annual fests conducted by the college officials and student community. It is known to be one of the grandest technical fests all over the West Bengal and participants all over the college come here to participate and showcase their talents in front of the audience. KRITANJ is the annual technical fest that is conducted and NAVODAYA is the annual college fest that is being organized. We have separate benches one blackboard and an ample amount of fans with a projector for the class conduction. the computer lab is one of the biggest computer labs and it has a capacity of more than 200 computers with all the computers in working condition. The other labs such as Speaking labs, Design lab all are well equipped and indeed are the places we engineers love to spend time for.
