Entrance Preview

Didn't took any entrance exam admission based on counselling held by anna university tamilnadu and the college preference based on the marks scored in 12th public examination(cut off marks based on marks secured in maths,physics,chemistry). I scored low cut off marks and for my cut off there is no chance to select a good college so i opt for this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is based on the anna university syllabus and the college has nothing to do with it totally 8 semester 6 months per semester each semester contains 6 theory papers and 3 labs except 8 th semester which contains 3 theory papers and a project.

Internships Opportunities

I didn't heard a word about these in my college periods. The college offers nothing of these. There is no internship or stipend in these college,if the management says that they are offering internship don't believe.

Placement Experience

There is no placements in these college no one of my classmates got job via college some of them searched for job after finishing the course and some. Find it and majority of friends are jobless including me.

College Events

Three events celebrated per year they are the annual day,symposium ,and hostel day for hostlers and these are not celebrate all of the 4 years i studied there. Annual day was celebrated thrice and symposium twice while i studied there i am not sure about the present situation.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure while comparing some colleges it is high and while compared some other colleges. It is low here nearly 55,000 rupees per year if you join in hostel there then it will be nearly 90,000 rupess per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

No such scholarship or loan facilities are provided by college but the government provide scholarship based on your caste and religion and also providing loan facilities you can use it.

Campus Life

Campus life was beautiful due to my friends but the college will not provide .Those things mentioned above sports is considered as a wrong doing and robotics and debates will occur without the knowledge of students.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is based on the anna university norms and the management has nothing to do with it. Lot of holidays between exams some times, sometimes on consequent days but the exams will not be hectic it will be nice.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.
