Remarks
I have chosen this college because it provides me the stream I want which is computer science. Also, it is the Best and renowned college in the region. If someone has some keen interest in any extracurricular activities, then Galgotias is the best destination for them. There are various clubs that provide good opportunities for students to showcase their talents and to develop more with it.
Course Curriculum Overview
Every department in the college has some highly knowledgeable teachers who help you every time. If someone has some difficulty in understanding something, they can easily contact the teachers even after the class hours. They are quite friendly. Most of the staff members are highly qualified.
Placement Experience
Placements in our college were good, but the placement rate has been decreasing from 2017. Companies TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and Cognizant are the top recruiters, and they visit our campus every year. Around 70% to 80% of the students get placed every year. The salary package offered was 8-10 LPA.
College Events
Fests organised in our college are good. You will have a gala time in college without trouble. An annual fest is conducted every year, and it is one of the best events in the college. Even the departmental fests are organised once a year by all the departments.
Campus Life
The infrastructure of the college is good. Classrooms are well-lit and equipped with quality furniture and projectors. But the labs are not well-equipped, and some machines are not available in proper condition. However, the mechanical workshop is very well-equipped. The college canteen has a wide variety of food available at affordable rates. But it's good to join in hostels outside the campus as they provide great facilities when compared with the on-campus hostel.
