Remarks

College management wants to provide quality education and success in it. Strict college. No mobiles are allowed even should not use in college bus. Good experience. Learnt a lot from college surroundings. Standard college.

Entrance Preview

After completing 12th in state board with 170/200 cut off(maths, physics& chemistry) Anna University conducted their affiliated colleges for admission. Choosed this college because here learning never stops.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

It covers all computer science subjects which is important to become a software engineer. Electives where many but I dont remember.

Internships Opportunities

During my course duration such internship was not offered.

Placement Experience

I am 2013 passed out.Till 2012 interviews came. Companies like Infosys (3.25L), Hcl(3L) as ON campus. Many off campus companies too came till 2012.

College Events

Every year technical events like symposium will be conducted with minimum of 500 participants from different collges for each department. Intercollege and intracollege competition were conducted every year which has dances musics etc. Also, sports events I which university ranking 1 in kho-kho, volleyball.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive for the persons whose house is around 15kms from colleges. Because here lunch and transport is mandatory which comes around 25000+.

Gender ratios is 55% boys 45 % girls. Once in an year hostel parties. Depends on department workshops will be conducted rarely. Nothing apart from this from the above mentioned details.

I am not hosteler. Average standard. But is quality standard.

No alumini meet but money will be taken from us during final sem.

Exam structure and Labs are too chilling out with little tense.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

The specific aspect which is great future on IT Field of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course. The curriculum prepared me to solve tough real-world logical aptitude test and coding test. The course curriculum is only based on the theory in several areas.My suggestion is to improve that too in practical manner for better real-world understanding. The frequency and the timing of my exams along with my perspective on the difficulty level is 2hrs.

I applied for the Aalim muhamad Salegh college which is in Avadi. In that college I have got ECE department. And parallely I have searched for the CSE or IT department in other colleges. Then I also got PEC with ECE dept then we approaches the college and we selected the IT department.I didn't got any rejections form other colleges which I have applied.
