Remarks

I didn't pay the seat acceptance fees so I was removed from the counselling procedure and all I was left with this college. I needed time for the preparation for competitive exams. One of the oldest colleges in India. The college is near the main city so all the coaching institutions were nearby.

Course Curriculum Overview

Lucknow University has just started with the Btech course so it is in developing phase right now and surly it requires some time for the smooth running. But have to say that the college has achieved and developed many facilities for the students. The academic is good and really improving day by day.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 490000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many companies in the Lucknow itself which will provide you with the internships and help you in developing and learning a new skill. You can directly contact the company or through the Training and Placement Cell of faculty of engineering.

Placement Experience

3.5

Well, I am in the training and placement cell of the college and we have been really working hard to provide the exposure and knowledge to interact with the different companies. The first placement for the Faculty of engineering is yet to be held so fingers are crossed.

College Events

The campus is really huge and green. It is full of greenery and low pollution. There are other faculties also that is LAW and MANAGEMENT. There are many events that took place on campus. Technical, cultural events are annually performed by all the departments and is actively participated by student all over the state. Sports events are conducted twice a year.

Campus Life

3.5

The infrastructure is good and still under construction. The faculty of engineering and technology has two buildings and five departments according to the trade. The labs and playground are available for the students and the classrooms are equipped with CCTV cameras in every class and whole building.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel life is the best life. If you are a hosteller you have a different lifestyle then the day scholar you understand the value for everything. Time, money, friendship and all the important factors required in life. Seniors are really helpful and will help you in every possible situation. It's just that you will not like mess food but you will get used to it soon.

Hostel Fee: INR 48000 per year

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

A good and friendly environment on campus where students from all around nearby cities and states stay together in harmony.
Interactive classes and faculty is also very supportive.
The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

I really like my college . It is very good college around the meerut

Likes

I liked the faculties of my college they are very supportive and helpful towards the students.
I like the curriculum which more learning based then theory
I like the support that is provided by the college towards the placements of the students

Dislikes

I don't like the attendence system of our college it very hectic to students
There is lot of focus on exam in my college which I don't like
Syllabus are not updated in our college we are studying very old things

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for this course because I want to be a software engineer. I chose my course because it was well-informed, and my interest was also in this field from the start. The faculty members and platform were also quite good for nurturing personal skills and making one a skilled and disciplined person in life. I wish this course would focus more on practical things rather than being theoretical. Events, fests, and the campus environment are also very good and pleasing to the eye. Connectivity was also easy from all around the world due to its location. Scholarships were also awarded to almost every student.

No, I didn't apply for any other College. No, I didn't avail any quota for admission. No minimum age restriction, you should have a bachelor's degree in chemistry and for admission, you have to score at least 75% marks in the entrance examination.
