Remarks

According to the rank I got in the entrance exam this seemed a better option to me. It is also near to my home town. And my friends also joined this college so I decided to join this college. Some of my seniors from school also took admission in this college so I asked them about this college and they also recommended to come here as the students here are from all around India and the faculty here is also good and has some of the best infrastructure.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course syllabus is good. It covers all the important topics of the course. It provides all the basic knowledge in the first 2 years and give full core knowledge int rest 2 years. Moreover the faculty is also very good they have thorough knowledge of the subject they are teaching and very friendly.

Placement Experience

4

Almost every big company come to the campus like Microsoft and all. For placements there are 2 rounds a group discussion and personal interview. So soft skills are also required to get good jobs. And the placement cell also helps in getting these skills.

College Events

4.5

There are a lot of societies in which we can take part. And a lot of fests take place whole of the year so it is overall a very entertaining year. The events organised are also very good and a lot of effort is put into these so overall it os a very good experience.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is ascholarship given yearly according to the cg received but fo4 first year it is on the basis of rank in JEE Mains and board exams both. 3 levels of scholarship are given 75%, 50%, 25% of tuition fees

Campus Life

4

The infrastructure is also very good. There is almost every sports in our college like cricket, basketball, football, badminton, tennis etc. There is wi-fi everywhere in the college. Moreover the library is a 4 storey building fully ac. The labs are also fully equipped.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostels for the first year are not very good but for 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students the hostels are the best and have a very interesting infrastructure. For the first year students only some ac rooms are available but most of them are non ac but for later years all hostels are fully ac.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
