Remarks

For education, we need to strenthen the basic pillar first. What is the sense of that education that leads u to that pithole where thr is no emploment and college took the fee and ripped ur grades by bullying u and providing below average internal marks. P.S : Overall placement rate of our branch was 0%. Yes u heard that right literally 0% not a single student out of 83 got placed from mechanical branch.

Course Curriculum Overview

1

Course curriculum designed by RTU is highly outdated and doesnt focus on industry demands. That is the main reason of unemployment, faculty also doesnt have that much knowledge regarding certification programs, so they cant mentor or guide students towards right path. Seems like they were only interested in a monthly pay cheque over the future of students they were teaching.

Placement Experience

0.5

Mostly are fake companies and our batch had 98%+ unemployement rate ; mostly ended up preparing for govt exams after realising thr is no potential in college placement cell.

College Events

1.5

Crorna 2kxx and Echoes are technical and cultural fest and they are mostly intra fests, not very hyped one. The student interaction was minimal as the college doesnt provide any significant funds for organization of event so students had to allocate entry fees in events and that creates a biased judgment and restriction over participations. No influencers or known talent in any fest was welcomed by college. For me a birthday party give more pleasure and allows more interaction over the fest organized by college cum students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

They accept cheque and its directed by govt univ RTU Kota. The fee structure was predefined by RTU Kota, over that college adds some extra fees for thr business; furthermore the bus facility and other facility had a huge charges/ fees that only a higher class can afford that. Via a personal / public transport, we can save like 80% of the amount compared to the fees that college had for transport facilities.

Fees and Financial Aid

No college doesnt offer any scholarship but thr were private 3rd party ones by diff groups frim respective quotas of SC/ST/ OBC or religion. Yes the tfws scehme was also thr which was run by University itself and had only 1 seat per branch per year.

Campus Life

3

Sport: to meet college requirements, they had to build something in the name of sports. Director doesnt allow students to play games after college hours and in between the college hours the sports periods were often merged with regular classes. They cant fund the participation fees, they wont sponsor the travel cost. Yes we won like 3 gold medals on our own, paid the fees; skipped the classes ( we had given Absent on the attendance register while we were representing our college to win gold in that event) And later debarred from exams coz we had less than 75% attendance. Isnt that LoL? Extracurricular: what is that thing, no clubs, nothing, u have talent ? Ok rip off that talent. Gender ratio : mechnical branch had 83 boys : 0 girls. Whole batch had gender ratio of B: G = 306 : 14

Hostel Facilities

1

No, i was a local resident, so in first 2 years i opted for local transport and later opted for personal one. I have my parental house here in jaipur so used to up down from here only ; yes but hostel was very costly so i opted for 3 hrs of travel time over the hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

Thr is no such alumnii thing in such colleges, we are still in contact with each other on our own but not via college. Thr is no such alumnii group at all who can guide and assist the students. People are not well established yet to understand the meaning of alumnii.

Admission

I appeared rpet and got admission based on rank but later realized they are pretty much interested in filling seats and maximising commerce over quality intake. I appeared for the local exam named as rpet got the decent rank and based on form filling i got that college, the college had good infrastructure only to please student, but education was beyond poor.

Faculty

0.5

Most of faculty are tier 3, grade ones; like one is prof who is hod and 2 are associate profs and the rest teaching staff is M.Tech pursuers or B.Tech passouts. Our current HOD is Vijay Sharma and is a assitant prof (not even a prof) and is only interested in promotions and salary hikes. Rest faculty doesnt even count, people who had backlog in thr academics are teaching that subject to student, and due to that kind of ecosystem the faculty is of no use or is kind of a bully over students to assign good internal marks to the students who praise them. Industry wise experience : Only HOD had industry experience and that also not as a senior level manager or something. Rest all were freshers and job seekers who got job for survival as a teacher in engineering college and they are pretty much replicating the things that they faced; thus this cycle goes on.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is well structured and designed for students to learn the subject in detail and to know about topics in detail and make sure to understand things clearly before implementing them in real life. There are certain areas for improvement but they will keep get better. Timetable should be made such that students get break in between the classes so that they can be less exhausted throughout the day

Obviously there is a campussing process that gives the students the opportunity to get their desired job. You can also go off campus to get bigger opportunity, but it will be on your head only that means it's a risk. But the average placement provided by the university is 6 lakhs and the highest one is 72 lakhs per annum.
