Remarks

This college is extremely tremendous and will guide in the way that students like to cherish. The admission process will be carried out in friendly manner and let the parents know in detail about the college and behavioral activities. Course Curriculum Overview

I choose Information Technology department as my first step of my carrier to success. It is my pleasure to place on record the wonderful things my college and my department taught me in past years. It's not only about grades or marks but all round development of my carries that's what my professors preached and followed. Professors from my department helped me to develop my competency, taught me how to be autonomous, helped me manage my emotions and last but not the least helped me to identify myself and this is what I call 360 degree development.My department aims at enhancing out knowledge, skills and abilities.

Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Virtusa offer stipend for about 10,000 per month for a software developer. Breezeware offers stipend for 7000 per month for full stack developer. Hexaware offers stipend for 10,000 per month for software developer.

Placement Experience

From 5th semester ,the students would be eligible for campus placements. 7 lakhs 90% students getting placements. Work under a well reputed company

Fees and Financial Aid

I was not aware about the loan facility and other scholarship provided and there are nice placement activity and conducted many placement facilities.

Campus Life

Annual fest will be conducted on March of every year.Tech fest will be conducted on July of every year. Books will be available for all UG & PG courses. National & international Journals & magazines. Leadership Club,red cross ,women empowerment club.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

The food at mess is average sometimes it is not taste
The practical labs are help at distance.

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

Dislikes

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Placement is very excellent in this college. Nearly all eligibility students get placed every year. Many recruiters are recruiting their employees through this college. The minimum package is 3 lakh per annum.

Think 10*10 times before you choose! Don't regret in future!!

To get into cse dept,one need to have cutoff above 150. Should have opted biomaths or computer science group in 12th grade. Management quota also to get admitted even if your mark is low than expected. Based on first graduate reservation, government school students have scholarship which the government itself pays the whole fee, but exam fee and other fee such as extra chicken and egg tolen mandais should be paid by the student . And exams are conducted once in 4 months. Even though the semester is of 6 months but they will finish it fast and will only give us 1 week to 10 days of leave....Read More
