Environment and Management of the college is very attractive here. Prospective students who wish to study at PDM University are required to fill in the online application form. The step-by-step by process to complete online application can be found at : https://www.pdm.ac.in/how-to-apply/ Students are advised to take two printouts of the application form after submission. One copy shall be submitted at the university campus during the physical verification of documents. The second copy shall be retained by the applicant. PDM Group of Institutions is spread over 95 acres of land and is surrounded by beautiful trees and green landscapes. The campus is ideally located in pollution free environment and has the country’s finest atmosphere to live in. Course Curriculum Overview

Students are made to learn various aspects of computer science and information technology and the course is structured around engineering capabilities which the graduate engineer must possess. The course curriculum has been developed through deliberations between members of a peer group drawn from engineering institutes and the corporate world. Faculty and student ratio is very well in this college. Student can communicate any time regarding any issue. There is no Foundation . Faculties are very well qualified and their teaching methods are really very interesting so that every student can learn very easily and understand very well. There are 3 modes of examination in a semester 2 seasonal and one final exam which includes both theory and practical examination. And yes it is bit difficult to pass the exams.

Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Students are provided with the internship in the last and second last semester of their respective course in different companies.

From 6th semester students are eligible for the placements. Last time some of the companies visited in our college are capegemini, infosys, genpact, Amazon, wipro etc. 60-70% students are placed through campus placement. Worked in MNC at the post of software engineer or any other technical posts.

PDM University is one of the friendliest, most diverse and multicultural campus communities in Northern India. Your student journey at PDMU will become part of a global village, you’ll mix and make friends with people from a huge variety of social, educational and cultural backgrounds. Annual fest are conducted in April month and in same month technical fests are also organizing in the campus. There are lots of books are available in the library for the students. Different types of sports are organize in our campus like badminton, volleyball, tennis, 8 ball pool etc.

Good Campus, Good Learning and Overall Experience

Likes

Good campus with a lot of greenery and a peaceful environment for students.
Teachers are mostly supportive and actical classes are helpful for understanding the subjects.
Good labs, library and sports facilities with many activities happening on campus.

Dislikes

Some administrative work takes more time than expected and can be a little confusing.
Hostel and mess facilities can be improved, especially in terms of food variety and quality
Sometimes the workload and attendance requirements feel a little stressful for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is quite relevant and covers the important basics of Biotechnology. We get both theory and practical classes which helps in understanding the subjects better. Exams are usually moderate. I think more industry based projects and practical exposure can make the course even better. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum.

The University provides when you opportunity for learning activities and over all development

Placements are available for final year and June and students generally become eligible from the 7th semester companies from it software and management sectors visit the campus placements opportunity at Decent with package wearing according to company and student scale I plan to build a strong technical skills so internship and projects and aim for a good job in aml field after graduation

Placement opportunities are decent, with packages varying according to the company and student skills. I plan to build strong technical skills through internships and projects and aim for a good job in the AI/ML field after graduation.

My Experience in JC Bose University

Likes

I like the claim and composed environment, no one shouting or making noise
Each buliding have lift which help reach higher floor easily
Having strong alumni association which help student get placement

Dislikes

I don't like the paper work delay during the admission after paperwork
Campus less crowded places are not maintained very well
Older buliding classes don't have ac in the classroom

In Electrical course we have many kind have course which design for solving various kind of problem in field , BSC ( Basic science course ) , ESC ( Engineering Science Course ) , DSC ( Disciplinary specialized Course ) , VAC ( Value Added Course ). Professors teaches with real life example and use 3D shape and animation to explain things easily.

The college is spread across 300 acres of lush green campus with a lot of greenery everywhere. The weather is also very pleasant
The infrastructure of the college is well maintained with proper department and parks . The labs are well equipped with the necessary equipment required for the practical knowledge of the student.
Sports facilities are also top notch in the college and also gym is provided in the sports ground.

Dislikes

In rainy season water stands in the hostels making it difficult to move in and out of the hostel.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate of the college is decent one with average package of about 12-14 LPA amd about 85% students are placed every year. Students can apply for placements after 2nd year and companies like JP Morgan , microsoft, Hero , ICICI Bank , etc. Visit the college

Genuine and Biased review

Likes

Wifi facility is available in hostels and in some classrooms
Teachers are quite good and they are very helpful

Dislikes

Placement are not good in dcrust one some some students get placed with maximum packed of 9 lakhs minimum 2.5 lakhs
Course curriculum is not updated they are not helpful in modern time.
Girls and boys ratio are not upto the mark.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not good in my college. Only few companies are recruiting through on campus like virtusa, tcs etc. average package is 3-4 lakhs and maximum package is 9 lakhs. From 4th year students are eligible for on campus placement. Only 30-40% of students get placed. I am thinking to give gate exam for better opportunity.

Placement Experience:

Placement at college is average mostly 80% of students are placed in this college student is eligible for placement from the 7th semester. Companies like Airtel, Infosys, Wipro, and swiggy, mostly company visit here highest package in 2023 is approx. 28 LPA and the average package is 5-6 LPA.

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.

Don't join the college as they doesn't care about your career Faculty is bad and also doesn't have minimum experience and qualifications Teachers will change every semester or even teachers can leave the job in mid semester. If want a good career then don't go for it
