Remarks

The positive remark of the college is the availability of hostel, library and computer lab for all of the women who want to take good education. Also there are Wi-Fi enabled campuses. The college is 24 into 7 under the CCTV surveillance for better security of all of the girls.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of the Bachelor's in Arts honours of English in Malda College is basically based on a lot of research. Also the lectures that are given by the teacher, faculty and all of the lecturers are very well curated and thought of.

Placement Experience

There are great opportunities for all of the students to gain good placement in near future. The availability of placement cells make the process of getting job and recruitment very easy for all of the women who are studying in our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The overall expenditure of the Bachelor's in Arts honours in the English subject is around Rs. 3700. The fee of the college is quite feasible and all of the students belonging to different categories can avail the services of the college.

Campus Life

The extracurricular activities in our college include the availability of sports and games for all of the students. The students take part in sports and game activities which increase the participation of women in all of these activities as the percentage of women participating in sports is very low.

Admission

I wanted to get admission in Malda women's college so I first filled out the application form which is available at the official website of the college then finally when the publication of the merit list happened I went through the documentation process. Normally the online application starts in June and the publication of merit list happen in the last of June. Admission starts from 24 or 25th June.

Faculty

All of the teachers that are teaching in Malda women's college are very soft-spoken and well developed. All of the teachers have at least 10 to 5 year experience in teaching the students. Especially doctor Mandira Chakraborty who is our professor in the department of English is very well qualified. She also has a PhD in the subject.

Placement Experience:

The college average placement are 6 lakh per annum and in my branch out of 64 student only 30 God placement but the mistake is of the students because many companies are visiting our colleges but they couldn't find the talent required for the skilled person they required

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

The college is good for academics but there is no campus life.

Placement Experience:

The placements are average in the college. From 7th semester the students are eligible for placements. About 60% students get placed in the college. The average package of our college is 3-4 lakhs per annum and the highest package last year was around 13 lakhs per annum. I will choose to do M.tech after passing out of the college.

Remarks:

One of my neighbour has graduated from this college and he gave me good reviews. When I went for admission the principal was very responsible to communicate with me and my parents. Moreover it was quite nearby my place and the campus environment is also nice and very calm.

Entrance Preview:

I passed my B.Ed degree with 2nd division. I had completed my M.A. I had a special paper named Pre Primary Education I had compulsory papers i.e History and Bengali. My optional subject was English. It was 3 yrs course to complete the honours degree. I completed my 12th class from this college with second division.
